Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare if it affect my credit profile, I will go to consumer court for this. Also the customer service is not available for this. A bot is assisting on this and don't have the relevant option. Very pathetic service.

@Paytmcare i want to close Paytm postpaid account. Paytm has started cheating on name of convenience fee. Its also effected my CIBIL very badly. There is no any option to help, only fake autobot chat is there for time pass.
