@Paytm dear Paytm if you want your customer to leave your app who uses Paytm wallet (KYC one) then pls announce clearly instead of charging convenience fee (rs 30 ) whenever we add money in the wallet . This won’t work .

@Paytm tried to pay my Paytm postpaid bill yesterday at 11:55pm But there were some server issue from your side the amount didn’t paid, I tried 3 times I have SS of all that, it was showing that your payment is pending, amount deducted now my account is blocked for further use.

@Paytmcare My issue not resolved. Now I got Approx rs 900 late fees email. My account was blocked as ticket was open how can late fees was charged? What a frustrating experience... I had asked how to pay outstanding bill without transaction but didn't get help..@Paytmcare
