  @Paytmcare that there is some error on our side so the amount will be reversed within 48 hours and now the supervisor mandeep on helpline advised me that he is taking this to concerned team and then he disconnected the call and then keshav from @Paytm @RBI

  @Paytmcare my friend booked a bus trip gurugram to manali, the bus driver called n told bus us cancelled n refund initiated, spoke to customer care they told not intimated. Last moment had to book another ticket n travel n niw paytm is not refunding, driver nmbr is switched off

  @Paytm @Paytmcare this is really disappointing. Again I’ve been charged rental fees despite being offered lifetime free service. I’ve already shared screenshots via DM—please check and process my refund immediately. This is not acceptable. #CustomerSupport #Paytm
