Made a payment on @UnivofDelhi fee website through @Paytm , twice on 12th and 13th Aug’21 . after making pmnt on 12th the page was not redirected. Made the payment agn on 13th and service was rendered Issue raised with @Paytmcare to refund amnt for pmnt made on 12th no +ve rslt.

Hello, I am highly disappointed due to your third class customer care IVR setup and also Paytm chat not assistant. Both have no proper option to contact Paytm agent to put our query and get instant resolution. My Paytm postpaid account was closed. @Paytm @Paytmcare
