    Hello @Paytm I have fully paid my dues within due date but i am unable to use my postpaid for payments. Already tried to contact customer support but no response,may I know why? @Paytmcare

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    Sir I haven't been able to access my Paytm account for the past 15 days. I have been constantly sending DMs about this, yet you haven't been able to resolve the issue. Why is this happening? Should I just deactivate my Paytm account? @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @Paytm I paid my ICIC credit card account through Paytm. Its 48 hours now and the amount is not transfered to my credit card. I am getting charged interest due to Paytm issue. My ticket no is 200012083310. I am frustrated that you are playing around with a customer money.

    Extremely disappointed with @Paytm and Paytm Payments Bank customer support. My Paytm Payments Bank account (ending 3400) has been deactivated, and I urgently require a cancelled cheque or account confirmation letter to update my bank details for mutual fund investments.
