@Paytmcare My earlier policy expired on 22nd Dec. I renewed it with Royal Sundaram, directly from their website with zero depreciation cover and other value added services. If I would have waited for your service response, I had to undergo physical inspection of my car.

@Paytm Can you please make your process less complicated? Getting to speak to your customer care executives is an ardent task. Trying to know the #fasttag balance but it's just not possible. You guys throw a SOP to the customer and leave him wandering at the middle of nowhere.
