@surnell @Flipkart @Paytm I agree Sir. I am facing same issue. Flipkart says, connect with Paytm and Paytm says txn was successful,connect with merchant. Paytm also is not showing my txn which I did. It shows a message that something went wrong. Not able to see txn details on Paytm bcz of that as well.

@Paytmcare Ticket ID- 3117976443 The merchant didn't receive the amount and you are saying the transaction is successful, what is this ? The order is not even placed by the seller as they didn't receive the money. I am seeing that many are facing the same issue as me

@airindiain 24*7 helpline recommends me a WhatsApp number, and the bot there gives me back the same helpline number. Fantastic! I am still awaiting refund for the booking made pre-pandemic (Feb 2020). @Paytmcare, excellent job redirecting the issue to @airindiain
