@Paytmcare Your customer care team is not sharing any reference no. I am chasing them to close the postpaid facility even though there is no direct option to raise a request for closure. If you can't give facilities to customers, then don't offer such services.

@Paytmcare @paytm My postpaid facility is not working to pay apps like UBER and Swiggy.. Even though paytm postpaid facility is designed to work for these apps.. If my postpaid facility does not work with Uber, I would like to close the my postpaid account
