  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare its already more than a week you said ill get a link for payment never i got, even i called the customer care many time they will say the same again wait for the link, is there any process really set up by paytm to handle such cases at all? No one has any clarity

  @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.

  @Paytm Your customer support is the worst. I have been trying to get my refund from August 22, 2026. But there is still no update from your side, just your annoying AI Amy, even on email, just Amy replies. I want my refund back by tomorrow. Here ends my patience.
