    Hi @Paytmcare, my father's phone has been stolen along with the SIM linked to his Paytm UPI account. We need to block the Paytm/UPI access immediately to prevent any misuse. Please assist us urgently with the quickest way to secure the account. DM open.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

    @Paytmcare I not received sound box till now money paid already. Not able to connect to customer care nor able to speak with customer care or raise a ticket through app. Very poorest service. 0 rating. Order id: 27210767515 Ordered through merchant app.
