@pnbindia A transaction was made through @Paytmcare which failed but money got deducted from the sender's account while receiver didn't received any money. Lodged a complaint through customer care service of the bank but didn't got the Complaint no. yet. Please solve the issue...

Hey hi @Paytm I found 2 errors in #PaytmPostpaid 1.) if someone partially pay after bill generation(1st of every month) then your system count it as due after due date. 2.) even if we complaining before 7th date of month your system blocked A/c & charged for overdue.
