@Paytm @Paytmcare biggest froud(scam) I observed on Paytm postpaid,they deducted my outstanding balance of 1800rs approx without any notice,I made so many complains but no solution.They are just sending system generated msg, customer care also not accepting the complain no.

@Paytmcare my 3 fasttag accounts are not working inspite of have a large balance on my Paytm account. Reached out to customer care several times, but only confronted with rude and incompetent people. Refer to the attachment. Ended up paying double toll worth 1.5K as penalty.
