I was using my UPI on Paytm Payments Bank, till it shut down. My KYC was done through my father's Pan Card, since I did not have a PAN card at that time. However since my number and my father's PAN are linked, I am unable to use UPI on any third party application. @Paytmcare help

For the record, I had reached out via chat support for help. They asked for screenshots of the coupon, which took me a few days to collect (when the same coupon appeared again) as the evidence of the coupon being used was erased by Paytm. @Paytm

@Paytmcare I hv sent u hundreds of msgs. This one is the only ack so far from your side. I hv raised the issue many times on paytm support, everytime u close the ticket without any resolution. Why can't u call me once to understand things better?

@Paytmcare This issue is pending since 18 Dec. Today is 25 Dec — still only “we’re checking” replies on DM. No email, no SMS, no written confirmation. 7 days is enough. Please resolve, not delay.

@Paytmcare i have a paytm sbi select card its have a complimentary paytm membership and 750 cashback after i pay joining fees 1499 but i don't get anything if you don't solve my problem I want to close my paytm sbi select credit card

Pathetic service by @Paytmcare ….My flight was cancelled by airline indigo booked via @Paytm , but paytm only refunded 4400 out of 16900INR and marked refund as success…Iam not able to talk tk customer care tooo
