    @Paytmcare hi, you tell that 24x7 support customer but in case mine face issue for my updation my mobile number of Paytm. After reply you take 24-48 even 72 hrs to reply. I also call Paytm care for this issue 26 Feb 2021 but you not taken this case carefully.

    @Paytm so I have been trying to get an issue resolved for over 2 weeks now, my old paytm account has been active for a while and I'm unable to retrieve it. I have called the customer care over ten times, I was asked for certain documents that I have submitted, twice! Please help!
