@Paytm The worst customer service by @Paytmcare . Paytm Postpaid cheats people by not sending due reminders to pay on time deliberately. And then lies about the waiver to charge you even more next time. Simpl, Olamoney and LazyPay are way better. Worst service by @Paytm 😡😡😡

Also I have multiple call recordings and @Paytmcare have chat bot facility in the name of 24*7 chat @vijayshekhar sir have you ever been use this useless chat feature and also when I called the customer support,they got me useless link for Paytm postpaid.
