@GUJJUBOYMJ_ @Paytm Hey, I am a part of Paytm's team working on UPI Lite All you need to do is select UPI Lite as a payment method after entering the amount you want to pay. Please note that you can only pay up to ₹200 with UPI Lite Let me know about your experience!

@Paytmcare Disappointed with the lack of customer support at @Paytm. As a bank and online payment portal, it's frustrating that they don't offer a proper way to raise a complaint through email or speak to a human. Instead, they rely solely on a dumb bot. #poorcustomerservice
