    @Sachin60236154 @Paytm Hi, I tried reaching you over the phone but couldn't connect. I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've been trying to open a Paytm Business account for the last 5–6 days. I've raised multiple support tickets, but I haven't received any callback or resolution. I'm still unable to complete my registration. Please look into this issue and help me resolve it.

    @Paytm a transction of amount 40000/ was recieved at my paytm account wrongly by someone and the same was returned by me at another day after confirmation, but my account is suspended since then and no support is received by me through paytm till date. Kindly unblock and resume.

    Hello @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare @Paytm. I am trying to download an invoice for a purchase I made on paytm mall but Iam not able to download it. I have contacted the customer care multiple times they are denying to send me the invoice. Can you please send me the invoice.

    @Paytmcare I raised a refund request under Ticket ID 200011741269 more than a month ago, but the issue is still unresolved. Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare its been more than 96 working hours as you said when I call customer care team. Fed up and frustrated with your service each and every time. Don't you people have shame and atleast concern over merchants. Also check your DM.
