    Hey @Paytmcare am struggling with lodging an issue with with PayTM Fast tag. I need to close an active account and process refund, however your app keeps on saying the Fast Tag is not even delivered which is wrong, as the get tag was delivered and pasted on my car. Please help

    Visited KYC center 3 times, called @Paytmcare from KYC center itself to instruct them, but @Paytmcare refused to talk with the KYC center person. Finally I understood that this issue is not going to be resolved. I have DM my contact details to @Paytmcare, see if you can help

    @Paytmcare my wallet was 100% KYC compliant. Suddenly credit freeze was applied and I was asked to do KYC through nearest center. I went to 3-4 of them and found out that KYC app was not working for any of them. Please resolve this ASAP and remove freeze from my wallet.

    @Paytmcare No it hasn't, you are charging me for using my money through net banking where the amount is directly debited from my account. You have no business charging me money on that. Anyways the solution is to use the portal of the mobile service provider. Thank you for nothing.
