Hello @Paytm , i was recharging my mobile on paytm on 25/02/2022, but due to some problem my initiated transaction has been cancelled due to unknown error but money had been deducted form my account.I tried several time on paytm chat but i found nothing.Please help me.

@SBICard_Connect I appreciate your autoreplay option but all mess is done by @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare . And indian says to be cashless Economy . I would like to close all the account nd go with cash ... for sure .. Because of all these problem.

Raised the concern in paytm app customer care but it is auto reply machine. The customer care number for paytm mall doesnt even work properly. Hope i will receive an update.
