Hello @Paytm , i was recharging my mobile on paytm on 25/02/2022, but due to some problem my initiated transaction has been cancelled due to unknown error but money had been deducted form my account.I tried several time on paytm chat but i found nothing.Please help me.

@SBICard_Connect I appreciate your autoreplay option but all mess is done by @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare . And indian says to be cashless Economy . I would like to close all the account nd go with cash ... for sure .. Because of all these problem.

@Paytmcare Filed compliant for no network in edc machine A50, no resolution and complaint closed, filed a complaint again and the agent assigned says he does not have the access to the edc machine, he takes care of the sound box machine. Ticket ID: 500004610643
