@Paytmcare there is no option to contact customer care directly. I followed all the instructions to solve (my problem: my paytm sound box blinking yellow light and not saying "payment received"). I tried all the instructions from paytm customer care, but nothing happened )

@Paytmcare Still can't believe paytm can do such shameful tactics inorder get the KYC details of the customer. Users can add upto 10,000 rs without kyc and will see add money to wallet option everywhere. But can't send money to any upi id or paytm contact. Very shameful .

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare my payment from 2 days is missing. N try to chat with customer care a bot chats. What a worst service. This is the second time happening with me. Yesterday payment 130 and even in today payment some amount is gone. I can't even check where is money gone
