    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am surprised at the way customer care works here. Nobody bothers to reach out ,false claims of 24*7 availability, 4 hours response time. Very bad experience #paytmmatkaro

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar wallet got credit freeze without no reason. Tried customer care, 24*7 chat but no help. Can't see doc upload page. Visited KYC center and they told paytm servers are not accepting request. Top of that your customer service team talks too rudely when called.
