@Paytmcare. @Paytm someone please call me. I changed my damaged sim and now I am not able to login. The system continues to ask me for OTP which does not come. If you cannot do anything then refund the money in my patym wallet to the debit card associated with the account.

@GooglePayIndia Transactions are so slow these days. On average it takes 17s to complete one transaction!!! Everytime, 1.5s - account confirmation 2s - share location(absolutely unnecessary) 1.5s - pin code 12s-10s for confirmation!! Kudos to @Paytm. 4s!!

@Paytmcare Plz revert the gift card amount to my credit card. I was trying to add money but there was an error and the next option was to add gift card which I did not see and by mistake added money as gift voucher. Plz help.

@goairlinesindia Hi, thanks for writing back. Yes, customer service team has contacted. However, my issue still has not resolved your customer service team is saying we have initiated the refund, however @Paytm is still saying we have not received the refund from airline.
