    I have a cafe in Udaipur(Rajasthan) and have a merchant account with Paytm for 2 years now so recently i have placed an order for Paytm soundbox and got it today but the seal on the box was open already & when i talked to paytm Technical team they refused to help.@Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare dear team this has happened second time with me now not visited toll plaza but amount deducted from my fastag account, raised query about a month ago not resolved kindly arrange a call back it's very hard to reach customer care.
