    Paytm has such a pathetic system design. You invest something, system shows lower value than principal invested and you can't even reach customer care. Takes their own sweet time. DONT EVER INVEST WITH PAYTM - gold or insurance or any other sevice. @Paytm @Paytmcare @FinMinIndia

    @OfficialDMRC the recharge machine on the customer care is not working for the past 5 days, the person is always said the server is down, our money is struck as we have done recharge on the @Paytm. Is new kind of scam that you are forcing people to go for cash ticket @ndtvindia

That's reason maximum people prefer phonepe over paytm. You guys are arrogant and only good at it ignoring customer issues. I would rate you in -ve

    @Paytmcare , As a paytm business user, tried to contact paytm business multiple times via chat or via toll free but not able to contact the customer care as it was very hard to find feature when a customer don't want to use their service, they keep charging even not using
