@Paytmcare @Bank_on_Fi . Happy Sunday folks but resolve my issue now Couple of days back made a transaction to a business owner . The amount debited from my account but not credited to other side . Now it's showing failed status but the amount not refunded back to my account.

@Paytm Dera paytm I have used paytm postpaid and all due clear,talk with us customer executive that over due changes wave off but till now not clear over due charges then we have received massage that legally take action,i asking simple questions why fake commitments

@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Deducted late fee for postpaid service without sending any sms, email ot notification that too almost 10%. Bot cust care is is not use to raise this issue, took 15 mins to connect to your customer care service who sent the very same bot link. Not good

@salonimalhotra @Paytm Why don't Credit cards come with a qr which any other can scan with phone and execute the payment after customer puts in pin. Using UPI channel and not providing any points like Fuel Surcharge Waiver?
