    @Paytm pls look into my case..... My salary is stuck in my wallet and due to some glitch in account I'm not able to take my money... I feed my family from that money. And even after contacting paytm throughout the day all i receive is nothing. Pls help me @Paytmcare

    @Paytm I had cancelled flight ticket more than a month back on Paytm & my order status still shows ticket cancelling & refund in process. I had contacted the customer care who assured me it'll be settled within 30 days but it's been more than a month & yet there's no resolution.

    @Paytm Such a bad customer care service.... I have been trying since yesterday to connect customer care and nobody is picking up or contacting back.....my account is blocked for no reason and my cannot move my money....worst service....😠😠

    @paytmcare What happened to my complaint regarding extra charges deducted over and above convenience fee while booking flight ticket. All related information like booking ID, charges statement already shared one week before, still no solution. Very very pathetic customer service

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm I tried everything and I do not have any PHYSICAL DEBIT CARD PAYTM, i raised ticket also but CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE is not responding since long just sent computer generated statement as above. Kindly look in the issue. Thanks
