@Paytmcare i cancelled the ticket on 19th may pnr 6550534128. In irctc website showing money send to your wallet or bank but money didnt added in my wallet or acc. I called paytm care but no reply so kindly solve the problem and refund my money.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare Worst service ever. I transferred money to merchant via UPI from Paytm but due to some reason merchant has not received the money, took help from paytm customer care team but they denied to refund. Please help on this as it's been 2 months.

Many companies like @Paytmcare and @boAtSupport1 I have been following up for the issues and their customer grievance mechanism is soo poor and yet they raise loads of money by angel investors. Paytm is going for IPO. Whether they will refund the excess application money or not

@Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Extremely poor customer care service. I have been complaining for past few days. But every time i call the customer care they say we will get back to you. And no one calls back. Pathetic.
