@paytm @vijayshekhar do you have only bots to run your customer service? They cannot understand simple words on chat. And, it seems even these bots are having very old processors as they take months to reply.

@NandiniGowri1 @vijayshekhar @Paytm Nope, They won't, as isn't their money. Use Paytm postpaid and delay the payment for just 3 days and see how many calls you will get. Because, then it's their money. They have time to make customers sleepless for their money, but no time to resolve customer issues.
