It happened with me and even I complain there is no such response. @paytm and @paytmbankcare is duplicating the fast tag code and looting public in an organised way with the help of toll plazas.

I had no idea about the transaction and how could I do it when postpaid was blocked already. And 8000 rupee in a pharmacy is a weird. 3rd if I would have done it, then I would have paid the dues you can check all my prev transaction records civil etc. Fix it please @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney worst CX. Service ever if anyone wants to contact with CSR than sry u can't bcas there is no option to connect! Facing issue with postpaid but chatbots have no resolutions and you can't connect with any CSR because there is no option in IVR.
