I had no idea about the transaction and how could I do it when postpaid was blocked already. And 8000 rupee in a pharmacy is a weird. 3rd if I would have done it, then I would have paid the dues you can check all my prev transaction records civil etc. Fix it please @Paytmcare

@Paytm @I am not using paytm postpaid service but it is showing on my credit activity. I called in aditya birla finance care, Customer care executive told me to talk paytm care. I have sent you details in inbox , pleads have a look.

@Paytmcare Your kyc products appears to be broken. If i attempt to load money I'm told that I've got to review my KYC details. When I click on the "review" button, the screen blinks a few times and I'm brought back to the screen telling me to submit my documents.
