    I had no idea about the transaction and how could I do it when postpaid was blocked already. And 8000 rupee in a pharmacy is a weird. 3rd if I would have done it, then I would have paid the dues you can check all my prev transaction records civil etc. Fix it please @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Paytm is an crap! They don't even care for customer's concern I haven't received any update since long time and the customer service is more worst than the other services of them they disconnect the call when we ask them to transfer the call to their available managers.

    @Paytm Now after the journey date has passed, they're emailing me new policy and saying that it's not possible to reschedule and that i need to cancel the ticket It's completely unacceptable that I have to suffer coz of your customer care lack of knowledge (2/2)

    @Paytmcare Pathetic Customer Service from Customer Care. There is no mechanism to resolve the complaint of the Customer in PAYTM. Struggling from last 22 days to get a solution from Paytm.
