I had no idea about the transaction and how could I do it when postpaid was blocked already. And 8000 rupee in a pharmacy is a weird. 3rd if I would have done it, then I would have paid the dues you can check all my prev transaction records civil etc. Fix it please @Paytmcare

It happened with me and even I complain there is no such response. @paytm and @paytmbankcare is duplicating the fast tag code and looting public in an organised way with the help of toll plazas.

@Paytmcare after a half an hour call with your customer care executives, I was put on a dormant line with a dial up sound when I asked to escalate the matter. No response for the next 10 minutes. This is bad customer redressal and my problem is still not solved!
