I had no idea about the transaction and how could I do it when postpaid was blocked already. And 8000 rupee in a pharmacy is a weird. 3rd if I would have done it, then I would have paid the dues you can check all my prev transaction records civil etc. Fix it please @Paytmcare

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare, I made some bill payments through PayTM. All the payments got failed, but money was deducted from my account on May 5. I’m yet to receive the money back. Your customer service is automated & doesn’t solve any problems. Pathetic.
