It happened with me and even I complain there is no such response. @paytm and @paytmbankcare is duplicating the fast tag code and looting public in an organised way with the help of toll plazas.

I had no idea about the transaction and how could I do it when postpaid was blocked already. And 8000 rupee in a pharmacy is a weird. 3rd if I would have done it, then I would have paid the dues you can check all my prev transaction records civil etc. Fix it please @Paytmcare

@Paytm Useless customer care. If we dial number, there is no option for postpaid wallet query. There is no option to reach out customer care executive directly. There is no official email id to report any issue. Chatboat available in app are useless. They do not have any option
