Very bad experience from @Paytm Postpaid. I have only 3 hours of late payment and they have sending any notifications for pending payment. And they have charged 118 rs of late payment fee @Paytm @Paytmcare. Why I'm serviving this issue. No customer care support.

My bill date was 7th of this month and when I went to pay the payment page said we are generating bills please try later and till night 12 I tried but it didn't work out and I was not able to report this issue due to @Paytm 's innovative customer service

@Paytmcare There is no assistance, just repetitive reply as alwayssss. Cant you see urs reversal confirmation then to again charging for the same . The pathetic service as usual . There no one recv calls as well just receiving tickets closing same repetitive messages want proper response
