    @Paytm I wish to inform a fraud has been committed by one of your account holders from my account, &nobody in your Customercare is able to tell who to contact.When banks can block accounts after 3 failed attempts why can’t you. Saying you are only a platform doesn’t absolve you.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Amount is deducted from the bank but not credited & even after 48 hours your chatbot says Kindly see the order status once again. Is this how you solve the dispute of pending transactions? Kindly help to resolve this issue on a priority basis.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel you people keep the customer in an illusion. On every travel booking platform, the time is always mentioned in the 24-hour time zone. One of my relatives passed away in the village, and I had to reach there for the last rites by 12 PM. I didn’t even check
