    @Paytmcare your paytm bank servers are constantly down in pune and everytime a customer trys to use QR code or even phone number from any app incl. Paytm,Gpay,phonepe. It states that receipients bank server is down. Do something please

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i just want to transfer my kyc to new number, i submitted a ticket (Id- 3129307795) and called customer care twice, submitted accurate documents 2 for same issue, its been more than 2 weeks,very slow response from ur side please resolve it ASAP

    @Paytmcare it's been 1 hiyrs and still transition showing as pending. Nit able to xobtact on number and no one is contacting from paytm side. Unbelievable it is. My 1000rs is deducted. Shame on paytm. @vijayshekhar very bad service
