2/2 prior to this called umpteen times on their call centre bots respond and do not help. Called their nodal complaint officer without any success. No revert. Not even a basic acknowledgment. Such apathy. Deeply disturbed at customer service standards. @RBI @Paytm @Paytmcare

From last few days, I'm not able to make payments/ transfer money from my Paytm wallet. Each time I get the message, "You are not allowed to perform this transaction". Even the in-app support couldn't help. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP @Paytmcare
