    Paytm for Business has got to have one of the worst customer service systems I’ve ever dealt with. A “specialist” is always being assigned but somehow never actually shows up. The AI bot just loops in the same useless response. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 4 days unable to transact due to “Malicious app found” error. No proper customer care response, no support, no solution, no direct contact or callback from Paytm. The issue is dragging in a very lethargic way while customers suffer.
