    showing processing. But then at 1.30 pm a new status of that transaction is showing as failed. And my amount is still not refunded back to my bank account. My UPI reference id is 230501052315. I request @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank to look into the issue and refund back my amount

    @Paytm is taking personal loan from paytm with birla soft is safe ... Beacuse theris in no option to talk any customer assist ..and now a days we saw some thord party loans problem so is good or bad?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm has the worst customer care service. I've been trying to get a hold of an executive since morning. All numbers are invalid or only have specific query related options. Their Twitter service is also really slow and unhelpful.
