    @Paytm have been trying to get through your long and devious customer support funnel to deactivate my postpaid account. 1. Write to us' - redirects to a page which has 'chat' options. 'chat' allows selection of prefilled options only, and the options are not exhaustive.

    Money got deducted from my Paytm postpaid account but i have not made any payment using Paytm postpaid. When I went for the transactions it is not showing the transactions in help and support option. The payments are made to Jiopos lite. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare i made a payment of 2000 to a merchant on 2 april and money was debit from my credit card but payment was failed i did not got my refund and it is also not showing in transaction history it is very confusing and no one is there help me out can you please help me

    @Paytmcare With subjection of technical error ......They blocked the account on every 7th and pushed us on 8th with further convenience + Late Fees + penalty charges.... This had been done thrice
