@Paytm @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago Anyone planning to use paytm postpaid stay away. There's no proper customer support. Your payments won't update and these guys will screw up your cibil score. it's been 48 days now and still waiting for help. They just keep asking for more time.

@Paytm @PaytmTravelCare If a customer needs to pay 700 as cancellation fee just for a minute then i seriously need to withdraw all my fixed deposits and merchant account in paytm seeing there is no customer service. In such scenario i think other provider could act better.
