@Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

I have a Paytm SBI Credit Card, I have tried to reach out to the customer care several times to deactivate my credit card, but they send me back to IVR again and again. Now there is no support and they have also deducted the annual subscription charge.@Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytm My paytm account is blocked. As Paytm's bot asked me for my kyc documents, I gave them all but still my account is not recovered. I had around my paytm payment bank account. And for this I am not getting any response from customer support. Ticket ID 3240449603
