While sending money to someone using my paytm wallet, a abnormal thing happened. Though my wallet balance is deducted, receiver doesn't received money. Now paytm is also not resolving my problem for about 4days. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare Worst service. You'll give an option to pay electricity bills, payment gets deducted from the bank account but the status shows as failed and then a message pops up that PAYTM does not take responsibility of the payment. Do not make payments through PAYTM.

@Paytm Worst service. Better delete my account. First you will enter my name wrong and you ask for kyc when I give correct kyc document you will say name mismatch and reject it. I cannot reach customer care. Even if we reach they won't respond properly for days. Ticket-3211685490
