@Paytm An amount of ₹6821 has been deducted from my account without any initiation from my side, I didn't recieve any proper response from the customer care executives, please look into the matter and help me get my hard earned money back. @PaytmBank

@Paytm @Paytmcare Booked tickets for yesterday's show via paytm,when I reached at the theatre, they told there is power outage so show cannot be run & also they didn't arrange the ticket in next show & I also haven't received refund yet. Also the staff at counter was very rude.

I feel like did a mistake after buying @Paytm box for my firm. Lot of issue while accepting payment. One who sold this box to me is not accepting call. Also not satisfied from customer care service. Would not recommend anyone to purchase this.

@Paytmcare I tried to talk to your customer service to report fraud and also unable to log in. The first guy extremely rude and unwilling, second guy disconnects call after 13 mins wait, third guy transfers to another extension and half an hour wait
