@Paytm An amount of ₹6821 has been deducted from my account without any initiation from my side, I didn't recieve any proper response from the customer care executives, please look into the matter and help me get my hard earned money back. @PaytmBank

I had ordered from Swiggy on 21st November via Paytm using a code which said that I'll get a cashback of Rs. 100. I haven't yet received any cashback or any scratch card for the same. Calling customer care isn't helpful too I didn't expect such bad service from @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I'm unable to close fast tag it says delivery has not happened. Customer support for this issue is very bad and the chat bot doesn't mention my query. There is no second level of escalation. Very poor service. The issue is still not resolved for me
