@Paytmcare Hi Team, Need help to track the Paytm mall ordered status. Ordered on 2nd May 2021 on Paytm mall ,payment also done with wallet money and want to check the status of it. But ordered Paytm account is deleted recently. So please suggest steps to track the order status.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service.. When you can't complete KYC of a person through online video services then why there is an option to do KYC through video in your app.. Now my money is struck in Paytm wallet hoping I would complete KYC through online mode..
