@AkshayiWeb @Ashneer_Grover @Paytm burning money is part of these kinds of businesses to acquire customer, to develop underlying tech. Same with zomato, once a minimum threshold is reached they will start showing positive money. Benefit of scale will play out huge if things go right.

More than 24hrs yet no update and resolution on my request to prepone my flight booking. I have contacted the customer care 3+ times to no benefit. @Paytmcare @Paytm very poor experience till now, please look into it ASAP. I can DM booking id and ticket number if needed.
