2 suggestions are there if you can apply (online ticket booking) 1. Bus number is not there, too much problem to find the bus. 2. At the time of booking place is different as compare to actual sitting arrangement of bus. @Paytm @Paytmcare @gsrtc_official

I'm trying to get a resolution of a problem I had with my booking id-15810816145.I booked bus tickets from Jaipur to Bikaner on 31.10.2021 through paytm but the bus operator cancelled the bus. Now the operator is refusing to refund and I'm calling @Paytmcare everyday but no help.
