    @Paytm @Paytm please don't do only advertising work on your process also, as a Indian want give priority to paytm for UPI transaction. But unfortunately unable to use becouse of Slow process, Application is complicated now. Comparatively @PhonePe_ is now Faster and smoother to use.

    As I’m trying to register my business account with @Paytm but I got some issue and I shared those issues with @Paytmcare instead of giving the solutions they are behaving very arrogantly. #pathetic it seems they don’t know that every rising sun have a moment of setting as well

    2 suggestions are there if you can apply (online ticket booking) 1. Bus number is not there, too much problem to find the bus. 2. At the time of booking place is different as compare to actual sitting arrangement of bus. @Paytm @Paytmcare @gsrtc_official

    @Paytmcare I have purchase in jio Mart glossary order automatically cancel and refund amount still date not credit in my account so I can call Paytm customer care he say I have check and callback you but still call not received and jio customercare say refund process all ready ok

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum after wasting a lot of time with PaytmCare Team. They are not able to understand basic issues. Instead, to cover up own errors, they are trying to make fool of the customer. Consumer Forum Docket Number : 1321454

    @Paytm worst services ever, trying to reach the customer care after so many IVRs and on pressing 9 for speaking to agent, it reverts press 1 for main menu press 2 for going to last menu. Why are you wasting people’s time? #helplesspaytm #worstpaytmservices

    @Paytmcare That’s what I want to contest hence my post. The resolution you provided is that you washed your hands off stating that that gift card has already expired and my reasoning is my gift card was not available for me to use for 6 months because of glitch at ur end.

    @Paytmcare It's a complete and utter deception and misleading the customers. There should be regular check-ins for hygiene and sanitation on every agency. I will be reporting this to the consumer court, if the issue is not resolved

    @Paytm / @Paytmcare I bought a Spicejet flight ticket using Paytm , but spicejet cancelled the flight & refunded the full amount but asked me to check with the Paytm. But no way I can connect to Paytm customer care , I created a ticket 200011502474 on 3rd may,no reply till now.
