    @Paytmcare @paytm as per your concern, I have shared whole conversation in DM. You are not answering properly since you have initiated refund on 6th February, 2023. Its been 15 working days. How many days does it take to complete the refund process ? It's so shameful behaviour.

    @Paytm I am facing an issue with the one of my transaction using UPI on 1st April and When I called to the customer care they don't have sense of talking literally tone was really unsatisfied. I request you to help me out with this.

    I'm using @Paytm since more than 6 years but this time I'm totally fed up with your service. I'm trying to cancel my bus tickets since a week. Even my journey date has been passed. But all I'm getting from your side is 'WAIT'. I guess you want your customer to leave your platform

    @Paytm @Paytm please don't do only advertising work on your process also, as a Indian want give priority to paytm for UPI transaction. But unfortunately unable to use becouse of Slow process, Application is complicated now. Comparatively @PhonePe_ is now Faster and smoother to use.

    @Paytm Hi Team, My sister has booked a flight on 6th April from your app for 11th April, which is the JRG to HYD Route. But due to some issue from the airline's side, the flight has been canceled, and the refund is also processed by their side.

    @Paytm The app is not working. For the last two weeks, after opening it, it gives the error "Malicious application detected. Uninstall application and restart device." I have tried resetting the device, but the issue persists. other banking apps are working fine only paytm not working
