    @Paytmcare @paytm as per your concern, I have shared whole conversation in DM. You are not answering properly since you have initiated refund on 6th February, 2023. Its been 15 working days. How many days does it take to complete the refund process ? It's so shameful behaviour.

    Very poor service @Paytm @PaytmMoney At least provide good customer care services to resolve issue . Don't have an idea how people can suffer due to your technical issues. One can suffer with big lose because of this technical issues. Take a look at problem As soon as possible

    Little did I know ‘instant’ for them meant 2 days atleast. As I got the amount late I wanted to cancel the loan as I didnt need that money anymore when I received it. I reached out to @Paytm customer care and I got resp to deposit the amount back to lender @HeroFinCorpLtd acc 2/n
