You are not answering properly since you have initiated refund on 6th February, 2023. Its been 15 working days. How many days does it take to complete the refund process ? It's so shameful behaviour.

But unfortunately unable to use becouse of Slow process, Application is complicated now. Comparatively @PhonePe_ is now Faster and smoother to use.
