    @Paytmcare @paytm as per your concern, I have shared whole conversation in DM. You are not answering properly since you have initiated refund on 6th February, 2023. Its been 15 working days. How many days does it take to complete the refund process ? It's so shameful behaviour.

    Very poor service @Paytm @PaytmMoney At least provide good customer care services to resolve issue . Don't have an idea how people can suffer due to your technical issues. One can suffer with big lose because of this technical issues. Take a look at problem As soon as possible

    Then, I contacted @Paytmcare, to confirm whether the payment status. They told me that the payment was made to @SamsungIndia. I told them that Samsung has denied receiving any payment therefore the customer care executive told me that they would contact the merchant.

    @Paytmcare what kind of customer care u are folks are running, it’s pathetic. Facing problems in my UPI acc & post paid KYC since a week & they are not resolved yet even after repeated CC calls & in-app troubleshooting. Treating ur customers like this will escalating ur IPO fall.

    @Paytm I have paid Rs 764 to UGVCL ( Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited) for due amount. Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but Electricity bill is showing not paid. I tried to contact @paytm customer support but no one is responding. Very disappointed by your service.

    Again and again toll plaza deducted fastag on my wallet there is a commission of @NHAI_Official on this. I have registered complaint on @Paytm and @NHAI_Official but there is no solution of mg problem

    Paytm soundbox ..not working..in warrant/guarantee..still Paytm won't replace it asap but will take 7 days to decide whether to replace as per their policy ...do hell with our business..won't even provide their replacement policy @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar
