    2 suggestions are there if you can apply (online ticket booking) 1. Bus number is not there, too much problem to find the bus. 2. At the time of booking place is different as compare to actual sitting arrangement of bus. @Paytm @Paytmcare @gsrtc_official

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum after wasting a lot of time with PaytmCare Team. They are not able to understand basic issues. Instead, to cover up own errors, they are trying to make fool of the customer. Consumer Forum Docket Number : 1321454

    As I’m trying to register my business account with @Paytm but I got some issue and I shared those issues with @Paytmcare instead of giving the solutions they are behaving very arrogantly. #pathetic it seems they don’t know that every rising sun have a moment of setting as well

    @Paytm I have made a call regarding my Paytm wallet issue, but after long time of conversation I did not get solution for my concern, at the end they transferred my call to kyc department and the guy from this department is asking to me ungenuine questions.

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare They can't because they have their own policy to harass to customer. They told me in 59.00 minutes telephonic conversation with customer care executive of Paytm. Why are they not reply with refund details? You are a such big game player of innocent customer money.
