@Paytmcare @paytm as per your concern, I have shared whole conversation in DM. You are not answering properly since you have initiated refund on 6th February, 2023. Its been 15 working days. How many days does it take to complete the refund process ? It's so shameful behaviour.

What a waste of customer care service of @Paytm @Paytmcare is. No way to contact the agent via email or by phone for any Paytm Postpaid related queries. I have 2000 rs extra added in my postpaid bill. Also, send statement doesn't work at all. #paytmpostpaid #Paytm #useless
