    I'm using @Paytm since more than 6 years but this time I'm totally fed up with your service. I'm trying to cancel my bus tickets since a week. Even my journey date has been passed. But all I'm getting from your side is 'WAIT'. I guess you want your customer to leave your platform

    @Paytm have done two payment of 1800 and both are not received by beneficiary. There is no support from paytm in customer care of paytm. Called in customer care but no one is picking up the phone. Worst service from paytm. No support for customer.

    @Paytmcare i reported the issue regarding fail payment and amount is transfered to fastag insted of wallet,but i didn't get response or status.kindly update and transfer my amount to wallet ot the bank..thanks

    I try to close my @Paytm postpaid so many time but they not close it... They told me ur postpaid will within 14 days but they not... I try to contact but paytm service is worst to connect with care directly.... Robotic chart is wost option there
