    I'm using @Paytm since more than 6 years but this time I'm totally fed up with your service. I'm trying to cancel my bus tickets since a week. Even my journey date has been passed. I have tried calling customer care few time. But no solutions yet.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum after wasting a lot of time with PaytmCare Team. They are not able to understand basic issues. Instead, to cover up own errors, they are trying to make fool of the customer. Consumer Forum Docket Number : 1321454

    Very poor service @Paytm @PaytmMoney At least provide good customer care services to resolve issue . Don't have an idea how people can suffer due to your technical issues. One can suffer with big lose because of this technical issues. Take a look at problem As soon as possible

    @Paytm @Paytm please don't do only advertising work on your process also, as a Indian want give priority to paytm for UPI transaction. But unfortunately unable to use becouse of Slow process, Application is complicated now. Comparatively @PhonePe_ is now Faster and smoother to use.

    @Paytm have done two payment of 1800 and both are not received by beneficiary. There is no support from paytm in customer care of paytm. Called in customer care but no one is picking up the phone. Worst service from paytm. No support for customer.

    On one hand india is going digital and on the other side @Paytm @Paytmcare cannot solve one small problem. What they do is just adding on mails. I guess they’ve come up with some new game of mails @PaytmFirstGames 😡😡

    @Paytmcare no wonder your market value is plunging.. your service are horrible. Specially your customer care service. Your automated system closes the query before we have a solution to our problem.. better provide few services perfectly rather many faulty services

    @Paytmcare I have purchase in jio Mart glossary order automatically cancel and refund amount still date not credit in my account so I can call Paytm customer care he say I have check and callback you but still call not received and jio customercare say refund process all ready ok

    @Paytmcare It's more than 2 weeks since I raised ticket. Is it some rocket science to identify the shortfall of bal. I want to know how can customer rely on your internal systems. Had I not checked the balance then? Why shouldn't I conclude that it's general and intentional practice #paytm
