    @Paytm have done two payment of 1800 and both are not received by beneficiary. There is no support from paytm in customer care of paytm. Called in customer care but no one is picking up the phone. Worst service from paytm. No support for customer.

    I'm using @Paytm since more than 6 years but this time I'm totally fed up with your service. I'm trying to cancel my bus tickets since a week. Even my journey date has been passed. But all I'm getting from your side is 'WAIT'. I guess you want your customer to leave your platform

    @Paytmcare This the wrost app I ever used, sometimes no one know where your money goes, it's debited but receiver doesn't receive it...and one very interesting thing .... #No customer care service... I wrote many time but all in vein coz they solved this case on their own..

    @vijayshekhar #Paytm doesn't have cus care system.24*7 support sucks on app, which doesn't solve the problem. My wife's Paytm Wallet got freezed despite doing full KYC. @Paytmcare is of help too & you want to raise 18000 cr thru #PayTmIPO for a loss making inefficient entity
