My Account Was Kyc Verified with my pan no and aadhaar no and i was trying to activate paytm postpaid,But in that page my fathers pan number is showing,I dont know what is it may be it is a glitch,Tries to contact witg customer service but poor response from there also @Paytm

@Paytm Yesterday, on Oct 9, 2025, someone made the payment of 2200 Rs through your portal. We have been checking our balance history since then, no such transaction is shown. He was a customer of our retail store.
