My Account Was Kyc Verified with my pan no and aadhaar no and i was trying to activate paytm postpaid,But in that page my fathers pan number is showing,I dont know what is it may be it is a glitch,Tries to contact witg customer service but poor response from there also @Paytm

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @UPI_NPCI I paid Rs. 1000 via paytm upi on 9 Jan 2021 but the transaction got failed and amount has been deducted. Till now no refund for the same has been initiated. Tired for talking with customer care they don't even respond also no response in the app.

The cashback point is not credited since last 8 days. It should be credited within 72 hours, but don't know what's the problem from ur side. If these kinds of issues r happening from ur side, why you r telling to avail ur payment service to get cashback points?@Paytm @Paytmcare
