My Account Was Kyc Verified with my pan no and aadhaar no and i was trying to activate paytm postpaid,But in that page my fathers pan number is showing,I dont know what is it may be it is a glitch,Tries to contact witg customer service but poor response from there also @Paytm

@Paytm My name is Manojit Manna and I have payed my all dues amount with interestand noone single amount is your pending .when I have payed all amount, it's showing in my Civil report .please update and close my account .Totally disgusting service.

Bank account has been frozen without any prior warning or notice. I have been trying to resolve the issue with Paytm Bank, but have not received any satisfactory response. Requesting urgent assistance to unfreeze my account and resolve this matter as soon as possible. @Paytm

@Paytmcare Do you have any escalation process? I need help since 8th March but nobody is reverting on ticket number# 22115133604. I got an update on 21st March and after that I have sent numerous medsages on this ticket but no response received. The worst customer service.

And don't think I haven't provided the details I have done everything over and over again so. With help of my merchant friends we will be discarding 25-30 Paytm machines from our shops and will keep the movement going on until this issues is resolved. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@ICICIBank_Care is there a glitch in your payment gateway? Exceptionally long IVR wait time. Did a transaction of 2k via @paytm but the transaction declined and got a refund msg from Paytm. But a few seconds later I got a msg from @ICICIBank that 4k was deducted from my card. 😐
