  It's ridiculous that @paytm has now started charging money for everything. Even if you are paying your Paytm Postpaid bill, you have to pay a convenience fee. I tried calling your customer care but they were not reachable. Kindly help me close my postpaid account @Paytmcare

  @paytm charges a convenience fee which can go up to 3 percent of your monthly transactions. Strangely, I had no clue about this, until I was charged for the service.I believe companies should make the associated fees & charges as obvious as the benefits of the service. (2/2)

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I have sent 60000 thousands to paytm merchant but only 58938 got credit to his account. Very expensive service. He is willing to close his account. Very disappointed. Unable to reach customer care. One of the Transaction ID 15302011714909061121.

  Hey @Paytm paytm my paytm postpaid account does not work Asks to upgrade when I pay Nothing happens when I go to the postpaid page.I talked to customer care thrice but no solution was found. He just sends the link. There is no solution for that.@Paytmcare
