My Account Was Kyc Verified with my pan no and aadhaar no and i was trying to activate paytm postpaid,But in that page my fathers pan number is showing,I dont know what is it may be it is a glitch,Tries to contact witg customer service but poor response from there also @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytmcare KYC is already done I have added 1500 rupees in Paytm wallet now I am unable to pay anyone from wallet we are facing problem several time even KYC is already done this problem is happen with other people also Paytm should have to close the wallet facility then

@Paytm I request you to work on the helpdesk boat and ticket booking for city bus. I clicked on restart the chat and it went to infinite loop showing me Sure, we are happy to help you. It made me so frustrating and I had to close the application to stop this messages.

@Paytmcare you have one of the worst helpline. Subject for which help can’t be selected with your stupid automated helpline. Amount paid to railways & money deducted from bank, but transaction not visible in history & booking didn’t happen. @jagograhakjago @RBI need better
