@Paytm @Paytmcare Your mobile app is simply too complex if someone has to contact customer care. I simply wanted to discuss the fastag but there was no way I could call customer care and solve the issue. Can someone please help if there is a department like customer care?

@Paytm @KiaMotorsIN I have purchased Kia Seltos from KIA JAMMU in the month of july2020. I was issued a Fastag at that time but till now that fastag is not working. I asked KIA MOTORS for it but they said it is PAYTM fault. Then i contacted PAYTM for the solution.
