@Paytm @Paytmcare I tried doing a transaction on 2:58pm Sunday 9th Jan, 2022, the transaction failed but amount was debited from my Paytm Payments Bank account and yet not credited and I have tried reaching the customer service over chat and call but no luck.

Dear @Paytm please stop your app from incorrect push Notifications. You have possibly been sold wrong data on car ownership. Therefore insurance pitches wont be successful. Had sent you a DM to no avail before this public call out. Pls fix. Thanks
