@Paytmcare Hi Paytm. I had gone to get KYC done today but your vendor is charging 30 rupees to do a KYC as service charge. I don't think you charge a fee. How do I get KYC done?

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I was trying to close my Paytm account, but 10 times at least I was given the technical excuse of 'We are facing some technical issue etc' then finally after 5 hours I was able to close my account. Is this on purpose to not lose customers? (1/n)

I was constantly getting some login OTP SMS which was not at all requested by me, (I already had the app installed on my phone) so out of safety concern I wanted to close my account immediately. But your app was not letting me do so for 5 hours. (2/n)
