@Paytm According to me it is wrong to collect charges on bill payment from public.With this you will never be able to recover your losses. Rather, you will lose your consumer base further Which is your strength, instead you should take annual service charge.

@Paytmcare why convience fee on rent Paytm in Paytm increased from 1.65% to 2.2% . Very bad move customer will suffer hugely. From now I will stop using Paytm for rent payment. @Paytmcare
