  @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue? Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm I had a good amount of money in my Paytm Wallet. After changing my phone and logging into the same account, my wallet balance is showing ₹0. The money is missing. Please help me restore my wallet balance as soon as possible.

  Pathetic service @Paytm most unreliable always having some or the other issues. Currently I’m being said “BAD NETWORK” while all other apps are working perfectly fine.

  Hi @Paytmcare, I'm facing Error [61009] – "Malicious application detected" on Paytm v10.83.5. All other UPI and banking apps work perfectly on the same device. This issue is only with Paytm, so I'm uninstalling it. Please investigate and fix this.

  .@Paytmcare I wasn't aware of your game. I thought to give a try to Patym Postpaid. What a *****ing nightmare. It keeps adding small charges for no reason. Wtf is "Bounce Charges". Pls close my postpaid i have paid all my due and you *****ing extra charges. Also refund my 50 Rs Back. and whoever is lending partner both go to hell.
