    @Paytm I was on call with your customer care executive for 1hr 20min only for the senior manager to disconnect the call on my face with no resolution to a payment deduction that I have not authorised. Absolutely horrendous. Have the courtesy to take accountability.

    @Paytmcare I have purchased paytm soundbox which was lifetime free. After last complaint your team corrected monthly deduction issue. But it again started deducting Rs 29 monthly please look into it and reverse these charges and make it lifetime free as it was when purchased

    Getting repeated reminder calls from your lending partner @SuryodayBank for postpaid. Even after clearing my bill on time. Please fix your system @Paytm @Paytmcare — this is unnecessary and irritating for timely customers.

    @IRCTCofficial needs to fix up, they have vendors like @Paytm that charge you upwards of 500rs.. 25% of the train ticket to ensure no money is deducted in case of cancellation But what they actually do is give you a refund of 65rs and pocket the rest as convenience charges

    .@Paytm @Paytmcare My mobile recharge has been pending since 2nd November, 9:48 AM. Please resolve this issue immediately — either complete the recharge or process a refund without further delay. Kindly look into it at the earliest.

    @Paytmcare I had a voucher for cashback on utility bill payment. I clicked on the Redeem button & paid electricity bill. However I did not get the promised cashback. On Paytm app, there is only a bot that does not understand the issue & is a harassment.
