  @Paytmcare @armurali097 Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.   Dear @PaytmCare, I’ve been chasing a resolution for unauthorized Soundbox charges despite having a 'Lifetime Free' plan. Despite multiple DMs and assurances, the issue persists. I need a permanent fix & refund today, or I’ll be forced to escalate to the Nodal Officer. #Paytm
