  @karaikude @Paytm I use generally Bhim after paytm issues last year. Have all options available though. Gpay, Amazon pay, phonepe etc. Use rare those. Today evening wanted to order something online where paytm has discounts that’s how got to know it’s down.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

  @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this
