    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am unable to contact with kotak. They are not help me. I am hopeless. Please Paytm customer support try to contact with kotak bank management and ask them for update. I am requesting u please don't hold my urgent money for blocking my account.

    @Paytmcare i order prestige 3.1 v3 from paytm mall on 11 feb order id-12732181710 receive damage item which strip found broken immediate i placed return request with hope that item replaced on mentiondate.more than 10 days no replacement. Query ref-183468098 very bad experience
