  @Paytmcare y it is so difficult 2 solve ne problem on paytm?Ordered/received fastag paytmMall order id:13442998228 but vehicle no. is not printed on fastag sticker. Customercare tel numbers r just a waste of time. Why can't the person come online 2 talk n sort out the problem?

  If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

  Thankyou @Paytmcare I got my money back, but still disappointed that no one made any call from paytm and discussed the issue,if in future it happens do I again have to tweet and make my problem public,only bot service is available,this is not done. plese work on customer support.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I tried fetching my wallet and UPI statements for the duration of December 2019 to May 2020. But it says you can only fetch for one year before current date. I need some transaction details from past. Help please.
