@Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

@Paytmcare 4+ weeks since the @Paytm wallet is frozen. Unable to make payments via FAST TAG. The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.

My brother's money got deducted to some Flipkart order automatically then there is hardly any support team to help. They even say to file FIR as if that's our responsibility to keep their app safe.
