@flyspicejet @Paytm Have booked my flight ticket varasai to mumbai on 28th rescheduled to 29th july,again rescheduled to 1st aug,again rescheduled to 2ng aug, i know money wont be refund back please keep it with u all please, a big mental harassment by two big giants to customer

@Paytm @KiaMotorsIN I have purchased Kia Seltos from KIA JAMMU in the month of july2020. I was issued a Fastag at that time but till now that fastag is not working. I asked KIA MOTORS for it but they said it is PAYTM fault. Then i contacted PAYTM for the solution.

@Paytm (Ref no. 182586365) It's easier to scrap a problem when you can't solve it! You guys did the same. I was assured a full refund by your company and the insurance company within a week's time. My problem was escalated every week and I spent hours talking to your executives..

@Paytmcare It's been over 40 days since I'd raised a cancellation and refund request for Booking ID: 12392269689. I've spoken to 10 different people, escalated the issue atleast 8 times and absolutely no respect or response. This is my last attempt to try and resolve this.

I was using @GooglePayIndia few of my time but it's makes payment very slow and no guarantee success payment, but while using @Paytm no such issues I faced it's fast, quick and also does payment with weak internet.... Thanks @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your mobile app is simply too complex if someone has to contact customer care. I simply wanted to discuss the fastag but there was no way I could call customer care and solve the issue. Can someone please help if there is a department like customer care?
