@Paytmcare Hello i got issue related with payment & settlement. I am using Paytm merchant soundbox . On 1st September, total payment was of RS 579 , and it got settled on 2nd September as RS 454. Why 125 rupees less ? Is there any soundbox subscription charge deducted ?

@Paytmcare I renewed my vehicle insurance (Order ID 19008739466)through Paytm but received policy with wrong period. Cont avlbl only thru email so sent mail, got response that call me back in 24-48 hrs but 5 days now, sent many follow up but no response. Can u help?? #paytm

@Paytmcare Paid Paytm Postpaid bill a month back before due date and same is not credited to aditya birla account and now getting recovery calls. Your channels of support are pathetic, as over a month no resolution is given. Let me know to which government agency to complain?
