    Thank you so much. For your quick Nd valuable action. Now our Indian Railways are better than other private @amazon @Paytm company. Bcz IR solved my issue within 24 hours However I practiced that other took 3days or sometime more than that... #mera_desh_Badal_rha_hai

    @richapintoTOI I hope you don’t have @Paytm ‘s FastTag. There are issues with it. They have been deducting money from my account even without I using a toll Naka. Their customer care is extremely slow

    @Paytm need to tweak their Fraud Detection Unit to look into frauds happening thought out India using there Users Mobile Wallets. Mere putting caveat & Made awakening by @Paytmcare will not solve problems, they are spooling others Brand Images too...!!! 😢

    Got an issue with my failed bill payment today. Issue still not yet raised. The worst part is finding means to speak to your customer team @Paytm @Paytmcare is so much more difficult than getting in IIMs.

    I paid LUMSUM Rs 500 on July 9th, 2022 but to the date "Transaction in Progress" is showing. I have submitted a Ticket on Customer support through APP. But not getting any call from customer support. @PaytmMoney @Paytm
