    Got an issue with my failed bill payment today. Issue still not yet raised. The worst part is finding means to speak to your customer team @Paytm @Paytmcare is so much more difficult than getting in IIMs.

    Thank you so much. For your quick Nd valuable action. Now our Indian Railways are better than other private @amazon @Paytm company. Bcz IR solved my issue within 24 hours However I practiced that other took 3days or sometime more than that... #mera_desh_Badal_rha_hai

    @Paytmcare I have faced issue while paying for UTS through paytm payment gate by using UPI option money was deducted from my bank and UTS says customer said not received funds from payment gate way this was happend on 29th Feb 2020 and faced lot of issues while paying money.

    @Paytm i tried to make payment at vendor through paytm..money got added but payment didnt happened..now i am not able too use money to make payment or pay thru paytm wallet is not working for me..

    @richapintoTOI I hope you don’t have @Paytm ‘s FastTag. There are issues with it. They have been deducting money from my account even without I using a toll Naka. Their customer care is extremely slow

    Just got a call from @Paytm @Paytmcare for KYC update nd number was +916289933263 And was forcing me to change my login number and he asked me to put new number as +917450054637 And knows all my paytm details. @MumbaiPolice i will request you to take strict action against paytm

    @Paytm need to tweak their Fraud Detection Unit to look into frauds happening thought out India using there Users Mobile Wallets. Mere putting caveat & Made awakening by @Paytmcare will not solve problems, they are spooling others Brand Images too...!!! 😢

    Want to buy #FASTag. Error on #Paytm App - "This number has been blacklisted by NPCl" Have cancelled earlier application frm HDFC a week ago & received their SR number (Reason for cancellation- #Fastag was not delivered even after 3 months.) @nitin_gadkari @FASTag_NETC @Paytm

    @Paytmcare No resolution. @RBI Paytm did fraud with customer. Inspite of giving 10,000 cashback points, Paytm credited only 10 points. Only one credit card bill payment offer was activated in my account. Lost all hope from Paytm. I will do all payments on another platform from today.

    @Paytm Paytm services are getting worst ,want to close my fast tag account as I have sold my car and app is not allowing it to do .. one can see the service level .. autonomous chat for closure is not working .. and unnecessary giving error .. this is not the way to retain customer
