Okay @Paytmcare , I solved it. If you use the search function to reach the FASTtag landing page, that page is broken. However, manually navigating to the FASTtag page leads to a different, functional page !

@Paytm hello I have been having alot of issues regarding KYC to be sorted there is no store available around me and no one picks up calls have been trying to do this for 5 days it's better if you send someone to complete my KYC not been able to use paytm 😑😑 please sort this out

@Paytmcare Amount paid on dineout app using paytm wallet is not being reflected in paytm passbook. I had a tough time in finding the details of transaction in credit card statement. It is disappointing to observe an issue in basic functionality of app :(

@vijayshekhar @Paytm One piece of feedback regarding metro tickets — it currently takes 3–4 clicks to view the ticket when we need to show it at the exit station. The QR code should be easier to access.
