I have not heen able to pay my electric bills as this facility has been deactivated and to top it 24x7 help is also deactivated by paytm for no reason at all, have twweted here couple of times, till now no reply?

The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.
