The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.

The app asks for KYC, not online, but Offline on your KYC stores. And KYC stores have no clue about the process. I'm unable to use my damn Fast Tag which unfortunately is through @Paytm .
