    @Paytmcare had made a payment on the 30th oct  which got deducted from my account. But the customer is claiming that they have not received the money.

    @airtelindia I mistakenly did a recharge to an incorrect number few minutes back using Paytm. When I called your cust service, they said NO to return back the amount. Operator Reference Number: 1025068272 @Paytm no help from Paytm or Airtel.Such a bad service

    @Paytmcare I sent money from my wallet to A/c it was showing pending then the amount got deducted from my wallet and didn't credited to my A/c then i got a message that the amount has been sent back to my wallet. No amount has been given. please help. last day for my emi payment.

    @Paytm your FINAL response to all of this is, we can't help. I want to request everyone not to use PAYTM for any transactions. With my experience it seems that if something goes wrong, they won't be liable.@airtelindia very disappointed with your response to this aswell!

    Having issue adding money to my A/c from my paytm wallet amount got deducted from wallet and didn't credited in my A/c After some time got text saying that request has declined and money has been sent to my wallet and i checked the wallet balance amout is still not there @Paytm

    @airtelindia @Paytm Both of your explanations sounds like, blaming each other. NeVER gonna be using PAYTM again to make another transition. Because now I know if something goes wrong with the payment you are there with NO SUPPORT.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar - i want to trasnfer 4k in a month using wallet. Why do I need to do full kyc? If that is mandatory then i don't want to do it. Please process the refund which i have added. Btw i am already a full kyc customer from a different no.

    @Paytmcare Your service is very pathetic. Why everytime amount gets failed in Paytm only. Phone pe is better than you guys😠 improve your fourth grade service and upgrade ur server asap else no one will use ur platform. I mean ur server is like 1980 dish antenna.
