    @PaytmMoney @Paytm my SIPs are failing for two months in a row. Can you check what's wrong with your platform ? Deduction happens successfully on the day but, rejected by mf house and a refund is initiated. And your customer care is of no use. Please mind it. #CustomerService

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar My son Aditya Singhal’s PayTm needs to be reactivated pls. Due to non usage for a while seems it’s inactive. We have visited few outlets as per PayTm app but they say we need to connect with someone at PayTm Noida and it will be done. Kindly help guide

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar amount transferred from my account to merchant account without my authorisation. On repeated query the reply I get is the payment has been received and confirmed by the merchant. But the issue is that I did not make this payment.

    @Paytm Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    Officially as of now @Paytmcare has refused to compensate me on their service failure. I have logged complaint on consumer forum as of now against them and Shymoli Travels. I don't want any coupon code I want full reimbursement @vijayshekhar what is your company doing??
