    @Paytm So shameless that I have created an ticket or an issue regarding POS machine and order was cancelled from your end than why my refund is not initiated till now. It's a pending issue from June 18 2022 and till now you are not able to provide any information on this

    @Paytm it's very bad experience with Paytm I make a payment on 6 November 2022 payment was deducted to my account or status show payment was successful but merchant didn't receive the payment more than 3-4 for complaint I raised but their is no who was help in this situation as

    @Paytmcare That's alright I agree with whatever you are saying but on a serious note I am not able to get results from doing your best to resolve. You guys took way too much time to sort a small problem that is created because of your neglecting attitude of working in a channel

    @KotakBankLtd Your mobile banking app is really very slow. Optimize it and fix the problem. How slow is it? It's atleast 10x slower than @Paytm .

    @Paytmcare Your service is very slow, I can guess your CSI score must be 0, I tagged Tataplay also in same thread and I got call from there side, wherein they confirmed that no amount received from @Paytm side. Reimburse my money in my bank and stop doing fraud with people.

    I'm a regular customer of @Paytm Since 2017. But, this is what you're doing with your customers. Now, I know why your market share has fallen down. It has already wasted my lot of time and energy. Now, I will definitely gonna switch to other applications.
