    @Paytmcare Hi! I booked movie tickets for a wrong date by mistake and wanted to change the date. The Support Executive Humera denied to either solve the problem or transfer the call to Supervisor. The Order ID is 7642391377. Please help get this fixed ASAP. Thanks.

    @XpressBees_IN @PaytmMall @Paytmcare Its better you should ask @Paytmcare @PaytmMall to help with Reverse Pick up, as there is no number on paytm app for this issue. One of xpressbees agent called me and took pick up item yesterday and now my app is showing it has been rejected again. Seriously what's going on.

    @Paytmcare It should be displayed on your twitterhandle that paytm does not have a grievance redressal procedure & in case of any after sale issue, customers are helpless & hopeless. This way innocent customes can be made aware of paytm mall services. 100% assurance is not follwed at paytm.

    @Paytmcare Nevermind, I fixed it myself. Communicating with you guys was just waste of time. You just kept asking for screenshots and to login logout, restart, uninstall and install, check version like activities which was all wastage of time and effort.
