@Paytmcare Why Paytm charges convenience fee of 60₹ per month for Paytm Postpaid? This additional charges are not there on any other postpaid apps. Iʼm stressed because why would I give you additional charges if I'm using your postpaid service? This is consumerʼs loot.

@pervez_osman @Paytm @RBI Paytm customer care only work on IVRS, they are not having dedicated customer care which can respond to cutomer query, when you launch a complaint on app than no action will be taken on it
