@paytmbankcare @Paytm Also, I am an existing customer so as a finance institution you must provide options for me to submit KYC rather than just suspend my account. I expect a refund of the extra toll that I had to pay because of your system's fault. I can provide receipts if required.

@PremKum00478328 @Paytm Service is really very disappointing. One of my transactions rejected by @patyam Money app & showing maney successful transfer.but still didn't.for the same i complaint so many time and get answers "will resolve very soon...working on it " and it's been more then two months.
