@Paytm I have raised at least 10 requests for closure of my fast tag but haven't refunded my money yet. All the customer care numbers are also non responsive. Very unprofessional from your end.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I am not able to use my wallet and even not able to do kyc.if paytm has done some fraud and he has been asked to stop kyc by RBI? It has been almost 3 week and there is no way I can talk with callcenter person to resolve issue.very stupid wallet app.

it’s been very frustrating experience with @Paytm. I have raised my complaint regarding fasttag for more than 10days and have provided all the details required by the team. I have been reaching out to the team everyday over call to@solve this but nothing is working out.

@Paytmcare It's a real pain to find ways to speak to your customer care. I'm really annoyed, it takes so much of time to find ways to reach you. I am going to close my account with PayTM. End of story. It is sheer harassment.
