@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

@Paytm Hi , order I'd PE-1629180306145e1fefaf-1 showing as successful in paytm passbook but amount is no refunded in the credit card. Already raised a ticket also on paytm app but no proper response. Customer care also don't connect. Can you please looke into this and process the refund

@PaytmTravel Refund not received Order ID: 17183352384 I booked 4 train tickets on 1st Feb, Successfully made payment but missed the irctc login and tickets got canceled. Order ID: 17186848097 & 17183784135 I Canceled 2 tickets after successful bookings. @Paytm @Paytmcare
