@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

I totally understand looking at the customer base of @Paytm they can’t have a team to manage calls but atleast a proper team to reply on text as well. Such a pathetic service @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare even zomato has the same no of customer care but they provide better support

@Paytmcare @paytmbankcare r u guys seriously doing ur job, paytm app showed me trns failed bt deducted money frm my a/c, later u credited money to merchant a/c bt show trns failed to me still. nw u ask me to contact merchant,is it my fault? it's paytm fault nw @RBI please help.#paytm_sucks

From last half an hour, I'm trying to contact Paytm Customer support for KYC issue and it's an urgency for me. A person from Paytm care just transferred the call and I think he is chilling and I'm getting pissed off here waiting from last 0.5 hrs. @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@GooglePay @Paytm Dear Google, Why can't you offer Post Paid feature on GPay like PayTm does? It becomes so easy to pay without worrying about entering UPI pin & hoping there are no bank issues. Dear PayTm - Credit is given to a person so why not allow Postpaid for all recipients
