@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

Hello @vijayshekhar, it’s been three weeks since raised a concern, I’m not getting any positive response, I was told that I’ll get a call to discuss the matter, I haven’t received yet. Paytm support agent closed my ticket several times with irrelevant response. @Paytmcare

@PaytmTravel @Paytm And over that you were not even able to help me with the bus operators contact number. Your manager was also not available in your 24*7 shift. The issue was re-escalated again and no timeline shared for them resolution of the issue

@Paytmcare Since last week I'm facing paytm postpaid related issue but your executive keeping fake promises and no one is there to resolve properly. Seems like paytm customer service is down and it's time to uninstall the application. VERY POOR SERVICE.

@Paytm I need to download of my transactions in last financial year. Why is it so difficult. Keeps giving me error. Zero customer service - can't call anybody, can't write email. Automated chat is pathetic !!!!
