    @Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Mobile recharge done successfully on Paytm with order ID 13377163191. Unfortunately mobile service did not resumed. VI operator denied that they have not received any payment. Please reconcile and settle the transaction immediate basis.

    I didn't understand What type of 24x7 customer service provided by @Paytm From last 2 weeks, Whenever I message there customer service, they just send me some same messages like bots.

    @swapanseth @Paytm Shut my account due to KYC issues. Don't see any reason to use them. They were a digital wallet and should have stayed so. That was a service that made sense. They wanted to become a bank thru the backdoor, then I stay with a healthy trustworthy bank than go to them.

    Purchased Fastag via @Paytm . Balance also showing , but at toll gate Fastag is showing blacklisted. I had to pay double toll charges!! Please resolve the issue asap. Need to travel tomorrow again. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @PaytmBank I dont know why my paytm payment bank account got blocked..! i was the old and genuine user of paytm with full kyc and was having daily basis transactions please solve this issue, as i am having funds in this account

    @Paytmcare Customer service doesn't help people ,if calling alternate number, horrible services given them, I want close paytm bank account
