@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

@Paytm I have already raised a request on customer care but didn’t receive any supporting reply. 30K is big amount for me which I have to pay for just logging in which I feel is not all fair. There is no possibility of such scam in any other application as otp is must for trx.

@vijayshekhar I used @Paytm every second day in Delhi at CNG/Petrol pump.... No charges is being taken by @Paytm . If I am using it, you may pls charge us for using ur service. I feel very comfortable to use PayTM through phone #SupportPayTM

@Paytm @Paytmcare how can a customer raise a complaint with you for money deduction from wallet without executing a transaction. Calls require an id which is never approved &call is disconnected. Chats require selecting the issue but the issue is not shown as an option.

how @Paytm & @ViCustomerCare r doing a massive scam & looting customers? When u hv to link ur upi to your paytm/any other service provide.. an automatic SMS is sent from your no. to these serv providers. When u dont hv the SMS balance it fails to send that verification sms.

@Paytm @PaytmTravel will you guys please get my refund processed, I am a working professional and I cannot tweet everyday to ask for my own money. I am now left to resort to consumer court.
