  @Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

  @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

  My bus booking was cancelled by the operator a day before travel. I reported the issue on 8 July and was assured a resolution in 3–4 days, but it's now day 5 with no update or refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin Please resolve this at the earliest. Order ID: 27255988499.

  What a pathetic customer service is thi, @Paytm? I asked why the minimum order value wasn't mentioned in Flipkart's T&Cs, and your executive is just reading back the voucher terms instead of answering my question.

  Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But u didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help
