    @Paytm sold me a 20k worth gift card for MakeMyTrip valid for 1 year but it was blocked because of technical glitch since Oct 25(record showed redeemed at Lenskart 5k worth). They fixed this two days before expiry date (6th April) and now don’t want to take any responsibility .

    @RockWithboAt 1/2 You delayed, you created problems, you are processing refund and now you expect me to check with the bank. Why? Does it make sense It is your responsibility to track the refund status and complete it. The only information I can tell you is that I have used @Paytm UPI.
