    I am facing lots of problems on Paytm. 1. Paytm is not getting updated. 2. I am not able to link my back account. 3. I am unable to log into my existing Paytm payment Bank as I recieved money today (unable to transfer to my bank account)& more. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.

    @sub1301 @Paytm @DCCyberKP Hi Subrata, the only way to handle this is to raise a cyber crime complaint and a chargeback request with Bank of Baroda. I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Once the payments are a success, only your Bank can help you further to raise a fraud dispute. Please let us know if you need any guidance in raising this and I can walk you through it over a call.

    Casual reminder to @Paytm @Paytmcare that "Unable to process the request" isn't a user retention strategy. Every time I click the "Close my account" button in the app, it fails. For weeks. You must have error logs, failing to fix this implies you like it as a feature? @consaff

    @PaytmBank @Paytm @IPPBOnline are worst online payment platform. Don't use their service. They have customer care number but cant call bcz call will be disconnect automatically after 1second and u'll never get solution after raising issue in app help bar.

    @Paytmcare From now onwards never using this **** Paytm ever. They just waste time. Today is my payment due date, and just now paid through Gpay and it got settled within 1 min and got confirmation from HDFC too. Never ever going to use this Paytm now. WORST. Don’t use this app. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I booked a flight within last 1 hour which was an honest mistake, I need help with it as I want the refund, your customer care is non responsive and as per the DGCA rules I can get the refund within a 48 hour window.

    Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
