I have contacted the airline they have already transferred the refund why are you guys not giving back the amount. Such pathetic customer service & 0 accountability. PNR-LB1FFA

Pathetic chineseass boxes yall give and charge a bomb for an annoying noise in my shops and have the worst service and escalation matrix. Whats the replacement?
