  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @PaytmBank Facing issue not having access to the deposit on paytm payment bank. Sir, please contact me immediately. Requested call back on paytm, but they are unhelpful. Asking me to download the bank app from play store, which is not on the app Store.

  2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
