I am facing lots of problems on Paytm. 1. Paytm is not getting updated. 2. I am not able to link my back account. 3. I am unable to log into my existing Paytm payment Bank as I recieved money today (unable to transfer to my bank account)& more. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney

@Paytmcare @rajputnachiket I do not understand why you do not dump it. I have dumped it. I use only iMobile app of ICICI Bank. These third-party apps are of no use. They bring only problems. Today, when all banks provide the UPI feature, even then why did you choose to use a useless third party app?

Hey @AJIOLife .I ordered shoes from your app & did payment of 2013/- through @Paytm upi on 29 march .the amount got debited but order was not placed .Customer care told it will be refunded within 48 hours but still after 9 days i didn't get refund. pl. refund it ASAP. @Paytmcare

@rajputnachiket @Paytmcare During the last part of 2020, there were many PayTM KYC frauds. But, PayTM never bothered to alert its users through its notifications. It shows it is not at all a customer-centric company, it is only aiming at money-making.
