    Trying hard to get a reply over my issue since so long but no active reply from @Paytm @Paytmcare and also only bot reply in dm. No value given to a prominent customer. Third request raised within a day for resolution but still nothing happened.

    Dear @paytm @Paytmcare if i use @PaytmMoney from postpaid and i have paid 31st may then how can demand convince fee? I got convince fee 53.6rs. When i call customer care he said there is no facility available for paytm postpaid.

    @Paytmcare what an irresponsible company. Disabled fastag wallet despite balance and can’t update KYC. @RBI @vijayshekhar really disappointed at the customer service orientation. Great fintech opportunity gone waste.

    @Paytmcare 9th. April, 2022 Dear Sir, On 6th. April, I have made an online payment of Rs. 899.00 via my debit card No. 4280xxxx xxxx5792, with Ref No. 209609159852 PCD/5792/PAYTM Payment Service NOIDA060422 at 15.16 hours. I have not received refund from PayTM till now.

    @Paytm Beware! Stop using Paytm if possible or as soon as possible. There are other alternatives too. Paytm is deleting user account data with the user's consent and they're blaming the customer as if they created a new account with the same number. Sounds bullshit, right ? #Scammers

    @Paytm Sir friend's paytm no is connected to two FASTTAG . Wallet has balance of 4000,but on toll plaza paying double the amount due to FT account showing low balance. Already registered complaint and many time talked to tollfree no,the problem has not resolved till time.
