    Customer Care thinks a refund can make up for my valuable time. I left so many things unattended in Delhi to rush and this happens. RSRTC employee says @Paytm has been doing these errors for years. Lesson - Only buy bus tickets from state governments' website. 2/2

    @Paytmcare It's to bring to your notice that We have been trying to close our Fast tag. The customer care executive is befooling us l by saying it would get closed in some hours, but it's more than 10 days, and no action taken. We wrote many mails also. Please close it.
