@PayUindia and @Paytmcare I used your service to make 11,463.42 to L&Tfinance on 24th Feb. The amount is deducted from my @PaytmBank . But I got a transaction failure message from L&T finance. It's been 10 days still you guys have done nothing.

Hello @Paytmcare . My post paid account is blocked. There is excess limit is there around 938 rs. I'm waiting for you to clear these issue. But nobody responds on this matter. Even there is no reply from customers care. Please clear it ASAS.

@Paytmcare You don’t take ages to respond to a refund issue ,frkm other merchant my money is refunded however it’s nowhere to be seen in the wallet pls understand it’s a big amount and it’s extreamly unprofessional that I get such poor response pls have someone call me from your senior team

@Paytmcare What is going on with paytm, every time I make a transaction, it sucks.. please check transaction no 306503276666 And order id 20512465896. Paid tution fees and it is showing pending... Check and please resolve the issue..

What a disappointing service @Paytmcare. I have been waiting for the resolution of paytm bank issue since 1 week. All that I get back is automated replies with no concrete action. Really disgusting, feels like switching to other platform. Paytm sucks 😕
