Had an issue with @Paytm upi so raised a query with their "24*7" support. Here support just means redirecting you to their faq. Since none of the options were related to my query, chose the one which I felt is closest.

Why is it soo difficult to write to a @Paytm customer service. Why do you hide so much? U just leave us with tons of questions to find an answer, which has absolutely no results. Atleast mention an email id so we can write to you.

@Paytm Got a call ref my complaint from this number +919832531364 claiming to be a customer care exe. He asked my name and which department do I work in. He was rude and unlike a CC exe asking stupid question. I did not give any information. @LogicalIndians

@Paytm I was using this as a regular bank and @Paytm showed me how ****** up they can be.. I would suggest you guys to take all your money from this bank to another.. My 15k is stuck with them, my mutual funds, my money is stuck! I cant even log in to take my money, I am starving!
