Hi @Paytm , I didn't find how to complaint against a issue recently I am facing of. When I am scanning through scanner options it's giving wrong upi id its happened twice and I sent the money to wrong person without even checking the name of upi( as I blindly beleive in scanner)

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare worst support service experience throughout life. No urgency for the customer. I decided to travel during this pandemic time with my wife n kiddo. The Paytm support team just says that they escalate it internally, and nobody gets back. Terrible

@Paytm why the ******* paytm needs sms permission if amazon pay can work without it i can enter otp manually,I really doubt the intention of #paytm one day it may do big #scam whenever i put good balance in my account you logout me and demand sms permission for login.
