@Paytmcare Hi Sir, I got one problem with my First Name on KYC document. I did KYC using voter id. but in my name there is extra letter 'A' on Voter id. This extra letter is not present on my Aadhar. Please help me how can i make it right ?

@Paytm Your customer service is the worst. I've been trying to unblock my acc since 5 days. I've submitted all the required details 3-4 times a day and still I get no response. Please do something as i need to do urgent transaction from my account.

@Paytmcare why doesn't your customer care ever reach an executive? Terrible and extremely frustrating customer service. Have been trying in vain to get through over those useless automated messages! And your chat option is also some auto responses not even a real chat. Pathetic.
