No one is responsible and taking charge for solving the problem? This kind of service is not acceptable! Jio fibre at its worst.

Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.
