Having paid for the connection with correct documents they cancel the order because they cannot deliver on time. No follow-up on refund afterwards.

Runs like a 2g netwrk. @reliancejio has gone from good to bad and bad to worse now. Extremely disappointed. Once the plan is over, switching to something better.
