    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My router has no internet connection despite recharge. I am unable to raise a complaint via app as it redirects me to a call and every call is abruptly cut without registering any complaint. How will my service request be registered?

    @JioCare Please stop sending generic replies and provide: The exact reason for the delay. A confirmed installation date and time. Assurance that my order will not be cancelled without my consent. I expect this issue to be resolved on priority.

    @JioCare My request ID is SR00003AHY1F My AirFiber has not been working for the past 48 hours. I have called the service center multiple times, but there has been no response. I haven't received any call back, and no technician has visited to fix the issue.

    I've been patient through every extension from July 7 to July 8, then July 9, and now there isn't even an ETA. I completely understand that outages happen, but leaving customers without updates or access to a support agent for days is disappointing. @JioCare
