    @reliancejio i am unable to make a call, to receive a call, can't use internet still from the day i joined (25 feb 2022) jio. Even if the network is working, 12MB file is downloading like 12GB . This is the speed of your network. And your team is saying have patience. Ghatiya net

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber from more then a 6 months day by day jio box is getting slow down and channels not come properly , tv lag so much , box get hang or we can say friez i dont get any solution . When 1st time i get this box i feel same isse no one help me.

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.

    @JioCare Dear #Ambanis, I'm going to file a case in consumer court. Enough is enough. Your never ending one month is hampering my online work. Thrice a week your network goes off. Your team also remains unresponsive. Why sud i recharge when I can't use ur service??
