    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hi..your internet and Call networks are very poor ( B-76 Rama Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059) since a long time. Many time I raised a complaint,but no profitable outcomes. Many times you are preparing Teams for the visit only.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Paid the money for 3 months in advance on Thursday, Wifi is still not installed. On asking the person - Gaurav Srivastava, they are delaying it by saying service engineers are not available. Kindly resolve the issue by today or refund the money.

    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    Hi @JioCare I am trying to upgrade my queued annual jio fiber plan to a higher speed plan but it's stuck and says existing transaction in process. Please fix this so I can upgrade. My Jio fiber number is in DM. Thanks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio struggling to return your hardware since January. Every time I schedule a pick-up your engineer never turn up. I believe this is how you guys operate. You don't mind sending sms and Ivr call for pickup but actually no one turns up!

    2 days have passed, but no sign of installation, irony is today just few minutes back an engineer from jio visits but cannot install one set up box and left , now the work has been postponed to 3rd day i.e 18th march 2021. @JioCare@reliancejio please care for your customer’s time
