However, shortly after that, I received another message saying that the installation has been put on hold. This is very confusing and unprofessional. I have already requested a refund, but there has been no progress on that either. I am attaching proofs for your reference. I also have no timeline or update on when I will receive my refund. Kindly look into this on priority and provide a clear resolution.
