    @JioCare Why don't you take off CABC AWAJ & CNBC TV 18 business channels from your network when same are not functioning properly, second time in seven days they are running without sound, claiming world class services but hopeless whereas others channels are fine.

    @reliancejio I'm Jio post paid user last 15 days no network in my colony Varun enclave Kondli East Delhi resolved this problem asap other wise I will port my number to other company Thanks and regards

    Very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare My Internet is not working since last 10 days and repeated reminders and mails have been of no help. Yesterday your engineer calls to say I should call up service desk and get the connection disconnected. Is this how #JioFibre works?

    @airtelindia provides very quality services. If I complaint in airtel then my issue must resolved on same day. Your service request number is SR000015UIM3. You will receive an update by 21/07/2021 11:44. Pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir its been 7 months. I dont know how much time it takes to refund the amount in the account. Your processor is really slow that other companies take 24 to 48 hours and your company has already taken 7 months for it.

    @JioCare my previous fiber account got disconnected because your engineer suggested the internet is not working and he installed a new box. The previous device was picked on 02 July and I was told the refund would come in 2 weeks. Haven't got yet!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello @JioCare I got message after complaint that my issue will resolved in 24 hrs but not a single call recieved to resolve my issue.. and no engineer visited to solve my issue. This kind of poor service I never thought from reliance jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @GoI_MeitY There is no need to make one's life miserable a week in advance if the prepaid is about to expire. Constant reminder before every call, dozens of messages every day is ridiculous. In emergency call, your reminder on phone is a time waster. Fix it

    @JioCare I am facing Jio Fibre connection issues in Gurugram for last 25 days, everytime customer care troubleshoots and again issue reappears in 3-4 days. I registered for an engineer visit on 21st July vide SR000015UN2Y and the Engineer never visited my home and finally closed.

    @JioCare Currently the is difficulty in connecting devices and IoT devices. Internet reliability has fallen down alot like every 30 mins the Internet goes down for 30-60 sec. I need the router to be replaced because I have tried other JioFiber and no such issue (1/2) #JioFiber
