    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani if a poor uneducated person by mistake recharge his/her no and it gets recharged for data instead of voice calling. Your team is not able to change it to voice plan or not willing to refund or adjust. Asking for new recharge?

    Dear @JioCare your services are pathetic. My Jio Fiber internet is down but I’m unable to register a complaint on your app. I have tried all troubleshooting but chatbot still asking to experiment in troubleshooting. Sorry, I’m fed up.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

Maintenance is understood & acceptable but if it is for entire month then it's a big NO.

    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    I am getting issues while accessing some applications like Hotstar, Flipkart, Airtel thanks App etc. these apps are not working properly on Jio network only in my Android phone. @JioCare @reliancejio resolve the persisting issues on Jio Network.
