Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio I’m really disappointed and regretting for taking the connection of Jio Fiber which promised super speed and performance. You are charging for 300mbps speed but it never gives more than 30mbps speed. I think it’s the time to change the connection.

@JioCare The problem is with the network itself: mainly due to incapacitated bandwidth. Any download, upload, video calling, streaming gives a pathetic, intermittent or poorly slow experience. Kindly apply brain before asking such questions for which you people know already in area 121001

When I called the activation number given, they tell me there's an issue with my details and I need to another number (121). And look and behold, I can't connect to this number. No wonder @reliancejio is gaining subscribers.

@JioCare There's a lot of network issues going on at Warje, Pune. Kindly, look into this ASAP as we have work from home and have to face a lot of consequences due to Jio's poor network. We have Jio sims and router at home and had to switch to airtel due to your frequent issues.
