No change in internet speed or performance on congestion by so called @JioCare @reliancejio at my residence. Always got same resolution every time from past 03 years that "we are working on it and it would be better in next 180 days. But I don't find this 180 days much convinced.

@JioCare Tell me what update do you have since the time I first reported the issue. Has there been *any* progress at all? Because your on ground support team says resolution is beyond their scope of fixing, so “backend team” needs to resolve it first.

@JioCare My recharge has failed and the amount still has been deducted,the same thing had happened in past as well, precisely on nov 6 , and that amount is yet to be refunded ,is this another way of looting money from customers,i guess @airtelindia is much better service
