I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Visited the local store but they cannot process a new SIM cause your system shows an active request error. Leaving Delhi for Kolkata on 15th June. Need immediate backend cancellation or resolution
