@JioCare @reliancejio My mother’s Jiophone is not working at all. It is always showing not reachable. No signals at all. I just purchased it 6 months back and ported her no. from @VodafoneIN to Jio. Pls check on priority.

@JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

@JioCare @TRAI Pathetic service from Jio. I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.

@JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

@reliancejio Phones are ok but do something about the jio's poor network. A phone is useless without proper network. improved network is more important than phones.

@JioCare On that i do recharge of 2599 rs.. On 30 nov 2021 nd in that shows hotstar Disney plan but while my plan is Acivted i not got Disney hot star benifit.... Also do complaint to customers care they said in 48 hour's i got... But till not got any update for that....

@JioCare Apparently, the engineer has arrived at my place for installation now. Seems to me that there is a discrepancy between the customer care information (appt has been rescheduled for 23) and what the engineers (work-order is for today) have told me.
