    @JioCare But what is that special to asked security deposit for SIM? Or what? Services? I have never heard anything like that before to ask for security deposit for nothing?

    @JioCare every month I raise a complaint but there is no permanent fix for it. Internet not working from last 2 hours, have this fixed asap. Or cancel the connection permanently. Worst internet Provider I must say.

    @JioCare Ur invoice is yet to reach me. It was forwarded to a wrong mail I'd. So I do not know the particulars u want. Direct your team in Dwarka to attend to my complaint...Talked to Vivek Mishra. He is yet to respond.

    @JioCare @JioCare I hv been calling jiocare since 1.30pm to raise a service request but still no contact from an engineer. I can't stay at home for the whole day. Pl let me know when your engineer will visit.

    More then 24 hours Internet service is completely down very poor service by @JioCare on 1 minute late recharge they cut or slow down your services but here they have no answers. I must say @airtelindia is much better then Jio in case of customer care..? 😠@reliancejio #Jiodown

    .@Airtel_Presence @JioCare are there any issues with WiFi calling today? Both me and my dad are facing problems on iPhone 12 & 13 respectively in our basement with Airtel SIM and Jio WiFi. WiFi calling usually works perfectly at the same location every day.

    Dear @JioCare Your sales guy did ekyc for Fiber, promised installation in 2-3 hours, came, took payments and after 28 hours, saying connection is not possible. Kindly help!

    From past 4 to 5 days i have been facing an issue with the internet speed its even less then 0.5mbps , before it i can even stream the 4k videos without buffering but now even video at 144p buffers. @reliancejio kindly provide the resolution for this problem
