    @JioCare Definition of Jio. Sell products by giving wrong information. Do not abide by what was said and tell the customers there is no such plan. Take ages to cancel the connection after at least 100 tweets. Donot send the engineer to collect router. Now do not process refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio To anyone reading this, please go for any other service except this sh*tshow. These guys are a joke when it comes to customer care. Once they have your money, game over. If you have a problem today, it will be fixed tomorrow..... Maybe..

    @reliancejio a dismal customer service. Not getting a network issue sorted out despite contacting the Cust care team.. Ifs been more than 48 hours, but all in vain..

    @JioCare Kuchya kirana ,Kacchi gali, karera ,pin 473660 , Madhya Pradesh Landmark- bhogilal bilaye ki dukan But strange is your customer care know my location my but you don't as per them everyone have issue because issue from jio end but no eta and solutions since last 6 days

    @JioCare past 2-3 weeks i am following up for Jio Phone return as per refund policy but still i am not getting proper response. 30 email conversation but still issue pending. Kindly arrange one dedicated customer support or Jio manager, who can help me correct way.
