@JioCare My Jio Fiber service has been down since yesterday afternoon. I have talked to customer care five times till now and have also booked an appointment with Service Engineer. The slot given was 11 am - 12 PM today but he hasn't contacted me yet. Please resolve this ASAP

@sumitxblue @reliancejio In my case they send me daily messages of mail for pick up but suprising pickup was made on 61st day and now saying that we can refund ..i fail to understand that pickup is under thier belt then how am I to be penalised for the same

@JioCare i have taken a new jio fiber connection in last two weeks... My plan is of Rs 399 but I am not getting a surfing speed mentioned in the plan. Even the modem is of bad quality because the wifi signals are not catching at the roof of my home...

if @JioCare cant support a customer during trial phase of 30 days, it can easily be surmised that customer can go through big pain once you sign up with them. Go for broadband with any local vendor or @Airtel_Presence or @TataSky but be cautious on Jio broadband 🙏
