    @JioCare Relocation of my JioFiber connection (SR: LR000015LTQI) was scheduled for 31 May. Instead of relocating the connection, Jio suspended my existing service and has left me without internet. This level of customer service is unacceptable. #CustomerService

    @JioCare No internet connectivity since last three days. Complaint raised already yesterday but no update received & no engineer visit is scheduled. Pls solve the issue. We are suffering due to non connectivity.

    @JioCare Call me immediately and fix the internet connection. Your WiFi is completely offline, the router is blinking red, and I am being forced to use limited mobile data just to stay connected while paying for a 100 Mbps broadband plan that barely works.
