@Jiocare#reliancejio we booked setup box dated 21/5/2026 but still today no one come and installation it. TC00000CUKCW we already more than 10+time called customer care. And given desant answer like a story and next day nothing happened. If possible do installation .

@JioCare I tried calling the Jio complaint helpline number the executive name was navroz she said she is transferring my call to post paid department and then she cut the call and this is done purposely @JioCare kindly check ur customer support executives as what salary they r getting 4

@JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. More than 15 days passed but still no installation and no proper response. Only automated replies are coming. If not resolved immediately, I will file complaint in Consumer Forum and request full refund.
