  @JioCare Why the fu ck you can't get the details from given speed test result, do you think I've issue with only some apps with this speed. What is the meaning of speed test if I need to send the same details again.

  @reliancejio @JioCare least you could convert the pack charges into account credit to be used against future billings. Credit cards, ecommerce, offline shopping all allow product/service returns and charge reversals as goodwill gesture. You should also do that.

  I've been complaining to @JioCare support for years regarding weak 4g network & very slow internet speed inside my home.5g penetration is nil inside.They register complaint but don't provide compliant number&give assurance it'll be solved soon.But nothing's happened @reliancejio
