    @JioCare The rescheduling is going on for this task since 14 October. No one turned up. Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

    @RelianceDigital @JioCare @reliancejio you are talking that reliance jio will solve the all your problems within 24h but 3rd day is completed of the service request number SR000015SE2X and still not resolved. This will damage your images.

    @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

    Reason-Tower not available nearby. My society has almost 500 houses i.e 1500+ subscribers. As an active RWA member,we’re planning to switch all these connections to other operator who can provide better connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare Forget 5G, Provide stable network first.

    @reliancejio Worst service I have ever seen...I have paid 3 months amount in advance and service provider said 1 month is free.. after 3 months I have received a bill amount of 834 around. What the nonsense is this..

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have registered 4 complaints about Jio Fiber broken cable (SR000015SB88) which supposed to be resolved by 17/07/2021. No visit by service engineer. Very poor customer care, which is unacceptable. I may switch to other services provider if not resolved

    @reliancejio the manager refuses to meet us and asked us to disconnect our service instead of solving this problem!!! My salute to jio fiber's worst service provider and you should be awarded with the worst service of the year. I'M FINALLY DISCONNECTING MY SERVICE THANKS A LOT

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    It's very easy to commit ... Commitment which may not be fulfilled yes .. @JioCare @reliancejio .. you have been like a red wine bottle which I have bought but unfortunately cork got broken and now it's inside the bottle .. Before installation service 0/10..

    @JioCare @reliancejio your main wire outside my house is hanging loose, May lead to sm major accidents and signal outage if broken. I have to guard every night. Hv reported to ur team but No one seems to take responsibility. Pls chk if u care. Nearby is major construction site.

    @JioCare Such a poor and unprofessional service support from jio fiber. It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Closing a fiber account has been frustrating. Not able to get a human on call, or use relocate connection on myjio. Email sent and finally got a service agent who went to location and instead of closing the connection, updated the primary number only. Cancel

    Dear @JioCare, It's been 15 days without JioFiber internet. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution or proper support. ( +91-2462327600) This is completely unacceptable. I request you to disconnect my JioFiber connection immediately. I cannot continue paying for a service that isn't being provided.     @JioCare I want my money back. @jiocare, please respond to my request. I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your *Order No.* is *NO0001EKII62*, Monday it was supposed to be installed. The concerned person not bothered to take call. Is this customer service. Saturday payment done and yet no installation and you claim for 24 hrs installation

    @JioCare Hi Team, They have again closed the 2nd ticket but no one has reached out to us. I wonder why there is no mechanism to check if they have provided the service before closing the incident. What am i supposed to do now?

    Absolutely disgusted with the jio fibre sales rep. Gave me half information and sold me the plan. Customer care disconnected my call. No one wants to help. Please cancel my service and refund my money. I don't want it. @JioCare
