Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.
