    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

    @JioCare i extremely disappointed from jio assistant complain request number SR000016I9BT is raised about 20 hour ago and neither my number os activated nor i know my complaint status. Both Jio Help Desk and Jio Store are troubling me. Please understand the customer concern.

    @JioCare I have mistakenly ordered SIM fromJioApp,Today morning a message came regarding delivery with agent no.,I asked the agent to cancel my order,he asked for the pin,I've given him pin,then he told me that after few mins ordered will be cancelled but it shows it is delivered

    @reliancejio one of the worst experience of dealing with a service provider.  Order Number NO0000IC9KF2, installation committed for 2 Saturday's, but no one turned up for installation despite commitment.

    @JioCare I had shared 3pm today as timing for installation of my Jio Fibre. Still no one has come. This is the worst service even before my connection has not even started. @reliancejio @reliancegroup
