@JioCare (2/) but technician is not arriving at my place this is the criteria that the technician is derived my place to listen my complaint either the connection is RFS or Non RFS because I am jiofiber customer the company has to listen to me Otherwise I will go to consumer court

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network connectivity is really very poor and far below than @reliancejio and Idea Vodafone. Airtel please upgrade your network issues otherwise sooner or later you will be out of the market.

@JioCare @reliancejio hopeless service from Jio fiber. Lost connection at 3PM 6th March. Raised ticket, engg had to visit by 6PM, none reached out. Connection is still down. Now they rescheduled visit to 3PM tomorrow. @ACTFibernet never had any issues.

@JioCare Just some great sales from Jio Fibre Farakka. Executive Comes and installs connection informing scheme where we pay advance for 3 months and get 3+1 months. After 3 months when bills are issued, he comes and saya there is some issue and installs another connection 1/2
