I think Jio have achieved enough market share and Customers and now they don't want to improve anymore. Very poor net speed and fake data usage. Don't forget Reliance communications was rejected by customers few years back. Please improve. @JioCare @reliancejio

I am Using Jio Sim and recently i Ported my Airtel in jio and Now i think it was my Biggest mistake i am in Aligarh the Speed of jio is only 20 Kb/s Where as Airtel gives 10Mb/s lot of Different Dear Jio Improve your service @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@JioCare now I switch jio to @BSNLCorporate coz bsnl provide better service than jio in Aligarh. I suggest every one chose other option. Jio one of the worst and bed internet speed

@TRAI @reliancejio I got a number ported to Jio. I wanted a 2G sim instead of 4G as the phone in which i wanted to use the sim doesn't support 4G. Was told by the Jio center that the Sim would work in 2G phones. But it isnt working as jio only supports4G. Pls help!#ambani #scam

@JioCare @reliancejio The network and internet service in my area is very poor for last few days. Call drops, out of reach calls and data failure have become frequent. Please arrange to fix it quickly. My area is Khojwa, Varanasi. A positive and quick response is expected.
