@JioCare I am an existing jio fiber customer. I want to convert to postpaid and was informed that existing prepaid customers have to cancel their connection and go for a new postpaid connection. Prepaid to postpaid should not require taking a new connection again

@reliancejio i request you don't bring 5g as I use jio from last 6 mounth it's worst network in semi-urban area's of distict Lucknow speed is always below 40kb and when I talk to coustomer care they always say we under maintenance. #chorjio @JioCare

@reliancejio with growing business you also have to to service to customers. Business is Not just sell only. Your jio fiber service is pathetic. My fiber is not working from morning. Now I need to cancel jio fiber take your router at your home.

@reliancejio Poor response from your customer executive named ghalic as he told. totally unsatisfied with your customer support. IVR giving information in tamil language why can't customer executive speak tamil.why can't jio give employment in tamil speaking people.
