@TRAI @DoT_India I have been following up with @JioCare @reliancejio since last more 6 months to get 4G speed in my village but every time they asked the details and do nothing. My whole village is having worst than 2G internet speed at 4G price, Please intervin. #Jiosucks

@JioCare @jaylokhil Because it is a worst service provider. It won't work in future as well. I struggled a lot finaly ported out. Now I am bit happy. Other @Airtel_Presence also having same issue but something good in comparison. Jio works 5 days and airtel works 10 days in a months.

@JioCare your unlimited plans are a big flop. you promised 100Mbps speed but I am getting only 5Mbps. There is no customer service. For emails you send automated replies with bullshit instructions. Same with chat service.
