@JioCare Your Fibre is having issues. Can't access lot of sites such as Hotstar, sonyliv, Pharmeasy, etc. Even with your STB. Something is terribly wrong and you don't even have any customer support to talk to. PS : Your chatbot is worse than HDFC's.
