  @JioCare Jio promoted a GadgetLane coupon after my recharge, and I purchased the earbuds relying on Jio's recommendation. The product delivered on 30.07.2026 is completely defective and does not work at all. GadgetLane has failed to provide any effective customer support.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Enough is enough. Extremely slow 4G at our home and no proper 5G coverage in our area. Customers deserve the service they pay for. Stop the false promises and fix the network without further delay.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Over 24 hours and still no resolution. No call, no SMS, no engineer visit. My complaint was closed without fixing the issue and I had to reopen it myself. This is gross negligence and unacceptable customer service. Resolve it immediately. @TRAI
