@reliancejio Day by day your service decrease. 1st you have to resolve uploading and downloading speed then ofter convert to 5G. If you are not responsible for your speed tell me we will convert to an other service.

So a customer is promised a trial, pays, tries out..cancels as per the agreed conditions but @reliancejio or @JioCare doesnt allow cancellation. They also close the service requests from backend. isnt this unfair on their part? @rsprasad please look into these.

@JioCare In my area, even though the Jio network is full, the internet speed is quite slow. By evening, the speed of internet becomes equal to 2G. We have changed the phone settings, SIM card also in other slots and mobiles, this problem is happening in the entire area.
