@JioCare Don't think Jio works beyond Mumbai. Care person fix appointment for resolution of problems whose office is just 2km away but no one came even after 10days of complaint.. Don't think with this poor service attitude Jio can live a long life like Airtel did

@JioCare @OnePlus_IN please note Jio doesn't support VoWifi in 1+ 6T devices or vice versa in both cases customer of Jio & 1+ has to suffer, Please forward this concern to your officials for needful action.

@JioCare Worst Services other than line engineer no one come to help..Not for North India especially UP...Jio Fibre worst Services by Jio Group...Not recommended to anyone anywhere in the North India... Customer Care much worse than internet services

@reliancejio @JioCare My Current location is Village:-Lakhnour, Dist-Madhubani, State-Bihar. JIO has own tower in this village but 4G speed below 1 MBPS. So network not stable. Indoor coverage Very poor. so how we can expect 5G. Please upgrade tower.

@JioCare I raised a complaint about my Jio Fibre connection today in the morning at 6.20 a.m. I was assigned a service/complaint code. Engineer was supposed to come at 4.30 p.m. I asked the customer care to escalate my complaint on a priority basis.
