@reliancejio Day by day your service decrease. 1st you have to resolve uploading and downloading speed then ofter convert to 5G. If you are not responsible for your speed tell me we will convert to an other service.

@JioCare order no. for jio fiber is NO0000O86IU4, placed on 12/01/2023. Still connection is not done. Receiving appointment message daily, but no representative is calling/coming. This is the scenario b4 connection, what happens after connection, just imagine. Pathetic service.

@reliancejio My jioextender doesnt work at all. It gives a connection for 2 hours after starting and then stops giving wifi. I have gone to your service center 10s of times and the guy doesn't believe me. I dont think that you guys are determined to give good customer service. Pls reply back

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing worst experience in jio connectivity and range issues. SALESMAN of jio fiber are so greedy for getting new connections for that they can utter 100 lies to their customers And as they get a new connection they are unknown to their customers.
