@JioCare Doing this for last twenty days what next I am only getting date that service engineer will visit and at last moment u extend to another day after 3 to 4 days u send message that ur address verification failed so try again for relocation u all r cheating ur customer.

@JioCare What a service today ur service engineer visited after 20 days but now he is saying that there is no request for relocation we only provide service related to stup box and he is saying that u have not requested for relocation, shown msg which igot frm jio for relocation.

@reliancejio i had the worst experience with u JIO i applied for new jio fiber connection yesterday but the team that came said it will take around 20 days to establish a new connection So today I have applied for Airtel Xtreme as they will establish the connection this evening.

@JioCare I don't understand what complexity is going on except ignoring customer 's grievances recharged my jio fiber by your app,payment was successful, your customer support officials are saying payment received but pending,took 48 hours to resolve ,still pending till now 10.45am

Opt for @jiocare fibre service i instead of @Airtel_Presence coz they pay no heed to the complaints .. from last 4 days I m complaining about the outage but who cares...now i m requesting them to deactivate this mess.. i want to change the operator . But they still don't care..

@JioCare Jio Company is the most useless company and the third class liar company. Employees do not answer properly. Constantly misinformed. There is also a scrap company that does not provide service by recharging. The owner of the company is amassing wealth by robbing people.
