@JioCare @jiocare I am also facing slow speed and it drops alot but unable to register complain neither via customer care number nor live chat . Customer care number just playing waiting music since 1 HR and I am still waiting for a agent to connect .

@reliancejio @JioCare @jio I have been trying to call the cx care and tried emailing but no response.There is no speed and I got a top up yesterday and now it is showing 90% consumed for my jio fibre. Very poor customer service. Why upgrading when cannot give basic service.

@JioCare My jio fibre no is 1243529315. My internet is not working for last 4 days. 4 Oct :- I raised a service request SR00001ECYNA 5 Oct :- Engineer came and said that jio fibre is cut near my home and just left new wires for installation and it is still not done.
