  @JioCare Really it’s my duty to follow up for fix up the issue. Raised request closed on same day without attending it. Again needs to raise request, for that scheduled time not attended. New scheduled time in messages. It’s just like time pe time, date pe date, request pe request.

  @JioCare your issue resolution for internet connection in this day and age is just appalling. Absolutely no follow through and extending deadlines. A simple disconnection request also takes time to be accepted. Pathetic.
