    @JioCare I am facing from one week slow network problem when I call customer care they replied same dialogue as soon as possible we short out ur problems sorry for inconvenience but as a customer we arepaying money for one months & notgetting good service thanwhat will do sorry??

    @JioCare Now a days jiocare is worst support team. Previously it was very good and now we unable to speakto support,wait till 7PM 23 Sec but no response.Even data speed is very low and weareplaning toswitch over to other provider Alwas heard their promise as itis temperory issue

    @reliancejio now a day jio try to provide5 G service but 4G service day by day very poor in rural area ,before5 year 2 G was much better comprision now a day 4 G

    @JioCare Thank you so much, Jio. 🙏🙏 Such a disappointing experience, all for a small refund. It took far longer than it should have, despite repeated follow-ups. Please don't put your customers through such an ordeal. I hope you improve your customer service and refund process.

    @reliancejio has one of the worst service in IT city like Bengaluru , I’m experiencing worst performance , currently sitting at HSR Layout and network is not even 3 points , unable to make calls most of the time and I have to keep on switching to airplane mode ,

    @saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
